Find out if the banner will be used inside or outdoors.

Will the display be used long term or for only short term (such as a tradeshow). The stability of the stand needs to match its use.

Will your client be changing graphics frequently? Some banner stands make this easy with interchangeable cartridges.

If ease of set up is important, opt for a retractable banner and stand. Our combo packages include the banners installed in the stand for your client.

Remember to consider scale when selecting your banner. A large area needs larger banners, while smaller 10’ tradeshow booths can be overwhelmed with too many or a too large banner choice. Consider a backdrop banner for tradeshows when high impact is important.

If you are just looking for a banner alone with no stand, it’s important to know how you client intends to hang the banner. Grommets or pole tunnel pockets are choices.

While retractable banner stands work best with vinyl banners, backdrops are better printed on polyester and disposable fabrics work well for large quantity but short term needs.

The majority of banners will be printed full color digitally, whether on vinyl or poly. Disposable options are generally screen printed.
