4. Put your right hand over your left hand and wrist and then put it over your chest. This is the sunnah. Then recite Surah Al Fatihah, without which no prayer is valid, followed by another Surah.

5. Then raise your hands again to the level of your shoulders or ears, say Allaahu Akbar and go down to Ruku. Make your head and back on one level, forming a right angle.

Then stand up from sujood to say, sami allaah huli man hamida. Then say Allaahu Akbar and go into sajdah. Your forehead, your toes, knees, nose and hands should all touch the ground

After the first sajdah, sit in jalsah, and lay your left foot flat on the ground and sit upon it, keeping your right foot errected. In Jalsah, say Rabigfirli, and then say Allaah Akbar, and go down into sajdah once again.
