NIFTY50 .

FED METTING SETS MOOD FOR A FLAT NIFTY OPENING

The 50-share NSE Nifty failed to hold 7545 level in trade today, down (78.15) points to 7460.60at close.

OBSERVATION:-

Nifty closed at 7460 with a loss of 78.15points. On the daily chart the index has formed a

Bearish candle indicating negative bias.The index is moving in a Higher Top and Higher Bottom

formation on the daily chart indicating sustained up trend. The chart pattern suggests that if Nifty

crosses and sustains above 7500 level it would witness buying which would lead the indextowards 7580-7640 levels.However if index breaks below 7450 level it would witness selling

which would take the index towards 7400-7380. Nifty continues to remain in an uptrend in the

short to medium term, so buying on dips continues to be our preferred strategy. The daily

strength indicator RSI is moving upwards and above its reference line indicating positive bias.

However momentum oscillator Stochastic has turned negative from the overbought zone

indicating a possible consolidation or a down move in the near term The trend deciding level for

the day is 7500. If NIFTY trades above this level then we may witness a further rally up to 7540-

7595-7640 levels. However, if NIFTY trades below 7495 levels then we may see some profit

booking initiating in the market, which may correct up to 7440-7395-7340 level.
