Cynthia Rodriguez, Assistant General Manager and Laura

Rodriguez, Finance Assistant attend the back to school fair

in Uvalde.

Paul Sanchez is strapping a wheelchair while attending

training. Training provided by Frank Villalobos.

There is a misconception of the incentives and the Christmas Party,

the incentives have nothing to do with the Christmas party. The

reason we are not certain that we will be able to do incentives this

year is because of cash flow issues. Loosing the AMR contract has

limit us to having large amounts of cash flow at hand. The incen-

tives come out of our other budget, which has nothing to do with the

Christmas Party.

We have a different fund strictly for the Christmas Party celebration,

those funds come out of the fundraising activities we have through-

out the year, for example; the ticket sales, raffles, flea market, plate

sales, etc. Encourage your co-workers to attend the Christmas Party,

this is the once a year event that we are able to enjoy ourselves with

our co-workers!!!
