1. To evaluate through in-lab tests the correct functionality of the SAFESPOT in-vehicle platform based on the what stated:
a. in the HW (Task 1.3.5);
b. in the SW specifications tasks (Task 1.3.4);
c. in the validation plan (D1.5.1)
Final result
Technical and functional tests of the hardware and software modules
integrated in the SAFEPROBE test bed will be done.

Main activities
1. Performance of on-board vehicle functionality test
2. Performance of in-depth system optimisation work
3. Integration of the SAFESPOT in-vehicle platform on the demonstrator vehicles provided by CRF, VOLVO, PIAGGIO.
4. Tuning and optimisation of the main parameters defined for the system functionality directly on the selected test-sites.
5. Consolidation of the in-vehicle platform in order to be utilise for the development of the cooperative applications and functions.

3. Test and verification of driving situation recognition (e.g. slippery road, etc) in real driving mode.
