Mr. Sabbagh is a senior executive in the AEC industry with broad range of management experience. He posses extensive,

diversified and balanced background in corporate and project management, business development strategies, construction,

architecture and engineering primarily from the United States and the last four years in the Middle Eastern Region.

His experience spans 25 years working on complex institutional, educational, commercial, entertainment, hospitality and luxury

estates projects with budgets up to $9 Billion. During his career, he held high level managerial positions on a Principal in

charge, Chief Officer, Director and Senior Associate levels for large high profile construction, A/E consulting firms in the United

States and the Middle East.

His abilities and thorough understanding of the construction process, A/E disciplines, enterprise business and finance, business

development strategies as well as inter personnel skills provide him with a unique advantage to direct and manage large

organizations and mega projects with great deal of success.

Office Complex designed by world

leading Architect Zaha Hadid. The

An office and support buildings complex expansion project for Dubai World Ports. The project delivery is based on design/build

contract. Mr. Sabbagh directed the pre-contract services on the project.

Princess Noura University Project Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Project Value: $9 Billion

Completion Date: 2011

For this mega and historic educational project, Mr. Sabbagh was the Project Director for a Saudi Bin Laden group sub-subsidiary

direct the construction of the single student housing buildings scope and other structures with a staff and crew of approximately

6,000 members. The scope included all trades including interiors. The scope was 2 Billion SAR and the project total budget is 60

Billion Saudi Riyals.

Integrated MOI Projects Saudi Arabia – Kingdom Wide

Scope Value: $750 Million

Completion Date: 2013

As a ,major role out for the establishment of strategic

governmental support facilities throughout the Saudi Kingdom, Mr.

Sabbagh directed the projects operations with a group of 200+

managing A/E staff and engineers and a labor force of 2,600.

Burbank High School Burbank School District

Burbank . California

Project Value: $120,000,000

Completion Date: 2001

The problem of overcrowded schools in Southern California was

present with the challenges faced with the design of this

school in trying to replace old dis-functional facilities with

newer structures while school is in session. All buildings on

campus were replaced with newer structures with designs

that are timeless. In addition, a new 550 seat amphitheatre

was added.

Anderson Graduate School of Management

UCLA Campus

Completion Date: 1996

Owner: State of California - UCLA

The project was design by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners in the 1989 in collaboration with LHA Architects as executive architects. It is

composed of six separate structures that are interconnected with bridges and walkways and surround a central courtyard. The

complex is intended to house the prestigious Anderson Graduate school of management.

Southern Regional Library – Phase II

UCLA Campus

Westwood . California

Project Value: $19,000,000

Completion Date: 1994

This building is the south portion of a complete library

compound at the University of California, Los Angeles. It is

intended to house older and rarely used books as well as other

sensitive archived material that requires very controlled

environment. The building contains storage wings that are 25-

45 feet below ground. It is designed to reduce impact on the

residential surroundings by berming most of the exterior walls

and providing a park-like landscaping all around. Mr. Sabbagh

was the job captain while working with LHA Architects for

phase II expansion to the library in 1991.

Saraya Aqaba Resort & Dar Al-Masyaf Boutique Hotel Saraya Aqaba Resort

Aqaba – Jordan

Saraya Aqaba Project is a $1.5 Billion mega mixed use resort development located on the

coastline of the Gulf of Aqaba. Developed on a total area of 634,000 SM, the project is

composed of six hotels, a water park and beach club, an old city with mixed used areas such

as restaurants, a conference center, retail, offices and residential apartments, all bounded by a

large variety of villas and residences of different design types. The resort surrounds a

manmade lagoon which creates an additional beachfront of 1.5km for the development. Mr.

Sabbagh is an executive managing member of a 3-way joint venture among ‘3’ regional

premiere contractors that have been awarded the contract in June 2013.

For the high end boutique hotel that is a part of the project, Mr. Sabbagh directed the design

and construction documents package for the wood shell and enclosure of all the structures in

2009 through his U.S. based firm Sabbagh Design Studios.

Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

Las Vegas . Nevada

Project Value: $800,000

Completion Date: June 1998

Owner: Hilton Gaming and Entertainment

A mega entertainment complex on the Las Vegas strip with 24 acres of 3000 room hotel, more than 5.5 million square feet of space, half million

square feet of conference rooms, casino and many fine restaurants. The resort is rated as one of the most successful destinations in Las Vegas.

The project was designed by Bergman, Walls and Youngblood Architects with replicas of the historic architecture of Paris including the Eiffel Tower.

Work performed was with LHA Architects as executive architects for the entire complex to produce the construction documents and construction

administration; Mr. Sabbagh’s role was as a director of project construction documents quality control with a team of 18 consultants.

Hustler Casino

Interiors

Gardena - California

As a Director with LHA and Associates and a project manager for

this 40,000 SF casino, Mr. Sabbagh directed the interior

construction documents of this project as executive architects.

Discovery Mountain Euro Disney . Paris . France

Project Value: $180,000

Completion Date: June 1994

Owner: Euro Disney/Walt Disney Imagineering

The Walt Disney Imagineering design team worked on this thriller ride at Paris Euro Disney to be the largest attraction in the

park with over 4,400 square meters of enclosed space where the rider gets into a rocket assembly and will be shot-

up 250 feet in the air. The architecture of this ride is designed to commemorate the Industrial Revolution with the exposed steel framing and flying buttresses. LHA Architects

were the executive architects on this project where Mr. Sabbagh was the Director of Production.

A specialty Disney Store designed to

accommodate the unique character of the Caesars Forum Shops and to attract a high end clientele.

Chiat Day Mojo Office Building Venice Beach . California

Project Value: $25,000,000

Completion Date: September 1991

A landmark 3-story office building with subterranean parking design for a

premier marketing and advertising company as their western United

States headquarters. The building was designed by the world famous

architect Frank O. Gehry. Mr. Sabbagh was the project captain of the

binocular entry portion and the interiors work while working with LHA &

Associates whose role was as the executive architects to produce the

construction documents of the shell and the interiors of the building.

The Capitol Records Office Building Systems Upgrade 1750 Vine Street . Hollywood . California

Project Value: $4,000,000

Completion Date: June 2009

Owner: EMI Entertainment

For this historic landmark, the project scope was to replace the entire HVAC systems

of the building and remodel of adjacent office areas. Design work was performed to maintain the historic quality of the

building and complement its interior architectural style.

Owner: Hamid Enterprises

A 25,000 SF shopping center in a low middle class Hispanic neighborhood. The project was designed and built to create an inviting feel to the local demographics by using simple Mediterranean architectural style with

colors that are indigenous to the local Hispanic Culture.

The Lamar Towers Project is a twin hi-rise with a total gross construction area of

approximately 415,605 square meters, and comprising the following principal

components:

Two levels of underground parking with a total gross construction area of

approximately 57,580 square meters.

Ground and 2 Retail podium levels with a total gross construction area of

approximately 26,466 square meters.

10 Commercial / office building laying over the Retail / Mall with a total

gross construction area of approximately 85,159 square meters.

13 Parking levels at the back of the Podium with a total gross

construction area of approximately 77,815 square meters.

A Spa floor with a mezzanine floor with a total gross construction area of

approximately 10,365 square meters.

Twin residential towers with a total gross construction area of

approximately 150,190 square meters.

Plant levels distributed across the project levels with a total gross

construction area of approximately 8,030 square meters.

Casa De Dubai Dubai, UAE

A residential project/serviced

condominiums project that consists of ‘4’

residential unit types, a multi level parking

structure, a state of the art fitness center

and retail shops on the first floor. The project was not

executed due to the economic slow down in Dubai in late

2008.

New Orleans – Louisiana

A 10 story hotel that was damaged in

Katrina Hurricane was completely

remodeled to become an attractive

structure with glass curtain walls to capture

the ocean views and contemporary interior

residential units that will be individually sold

and can be short-term leased by a

management company.

Situated on top of the Estate of the Oaks, the most prestigious Calabasas neighborhood, this 16,500 SF estate was designed to set above and beyond all other estates in the sub-division. It is Mediterranean style complemented with travertine natural stone

trims, custom natural stone mosaics at exterior elements and throughout the interior complements the exquisite feel and quality in every detail.

suite with views to the City and a subterranean/basement level housing the media room and a guest suite. The Santa Barbara style of the home was complemented with light natural stone trims, exposed wood details,

and Moroccan interior details to complement the style of the home.

finishes and natural stone blended with wood trims.

A 17,400 SF Estate situated on 1.8 acres in Paradise Valley

overlooking the Paradise Valley Golf Course Club. The great room

and other major rooms were oriented to capture the infinite

greenery view of the golf course with the pool in the foreground.

The home was designed to be an integrated structure of the

natural surroundings and other structures that are overlooking the

golf course.

Owner: Mountain View Custom Homes

An 11,400 SF Old World Mediterranean Villa complemented with

distressed wood details, faux finished exterior plaster, natural stone

decorated arches and lavish landscape. The estate provides a very

lavish yet inviting feel. The Estate was published on the cover of

Residence International Magazine Cover in Fall 2006.
