We have successfully completed two academic sessions and running the third one. During this

short span of time we have become a priority for many parents to nurture their child’s future. It is

clearly visible through the strength of our school which is now more than 1200. This trust of parents

encourages us to strive hard for the best implementation of our vision.

To cater to the requirement of the larger family, 34 new qualified staff members have been

recruited and new buses with cameras and GPS have been acquired. The infrastructure of the school is

being constantly upgraded in order to make schooling a fun filled and learning experience for our students. In the junior block, a new

computer lab, dance rooms with mirror wall and library have been constructed. Construction of second floor with 12 classrooms in junior

block and Physics, Chemistry and Biology lab in senior block is in the process.

Beside rigorous scholastic programmes, we seek to develop and nurture the different facets of a child. The school encourages all

students to participate in a variety of co-curricular activities. In the same series, The Eco Club, Language Club, Dramatics Club and UNO

Club have been formed. An array of events and activities fill up the calendar. Inter School Cultural Competitions, Theme based

assemblies, Quizzes, Sports Meets, Tournaments, Seminars, Workshops, Excursions.. the list is long and the enthusiasm for everything is

endless. I take immense pride in acknowledging the team-work and efforts of all students and teachers. As a result of these efforts Medi-

A note from Headmistress :

"Every student can learn ......just not on

the same day or in the same way"

We believe that careful nurturing of

beautiful young minds in a holistic

learning environment empowers them to

realize their innate potential and

contribute to the well being of the society

and planet in the future as responsible global citizens. In Medi -

Caps International School, we provide a loving and caring

environment for a child’s spiritual, physical, analytical, and

moral development. Our children enjoy the freedom of choice,

of expression and of creating their own path to discovery and

knowledge. Our teachers ensure that all children feel included,

secured and valued.

From Coordinator's Desk:While thanking you for your valued

support, I am writing this to share our

thoughts with you about the paradigm

shift in school curricula for the New - Age

Child. In School our priority has always

been the academic rigour, dominated by

text books, notes, exams, grades/marks

as we all believe, its knowledge that

matters.

Now its, skilling which is equally important for our

children in the emerging society. There are life skills, personal

development skills, & a whole lot of soft skills including digital

scholastics so that our children not only grow as knowledge

entity but as well rounded human beings. However, this can be

taken forward only if you collaborate with strong

determination of Medi-Caps International School family.

“To the world you may be just a teacher but to your students

you are a Hero”

A teacher imparts education. Hence the role of a teacher is of

paramount importance both in the present and future of a

student. It shows the relation of a teacher or a Guru with their

disciple or student. The concept of Guru Purnima goes long back

but it really great to see that even now it is celebrated with so

much enthusiasm in the school.

“The sound of the rain needs no translation”

Pre-school and classes I & II children celebrated Rainy Day.

The concept of Rainy Day was reinforced and developed through

the five senses and the tiny tots were exposed to all the things

they see, use, eat, hear, smell and feel on a Rainy Day. All the

children came dressed up in different shades of blue. Children

were introduced to different shades of blue.

‘Rakhi is a thread that binds two souls in a bond of joy

forever.’

It is a celebration where brothers and sisters reaffirm their

affectionate bond. MIS Celebrated this festival in very unique

way. Rakhi making competition was held for Girls and Gift

wrapping competition was held for boys. At the end the siblings

brother sister fulfilled the ritual of Raksha Bandhan by tieing

rakhi and giving gifts to each other and thus made tiny tots aware

of our such pious festival.

“Nand Gher Anand Bhayo , Jai Kanaiyalal ki, Hathi Ghoda

Palkhi, Jai Kanaiyalal ki”

MIS celebrated Janmashtami with all joy and passion.

Students won soul of spectators by their dressings of Krishna and

Radha. The event comprised of group dance and group songs

that showed the devotion to Krishna. Students were also made

aware about Indian tradition, custom and culture. It conveyed

the strong message “Victory of good over evil”

“Ask not what your country can do for you, ask for what you

can do for your country”

15th August is a day to commemorate the sacrifice of our

freedom fighters who bought freedom to us. In MIS the seeds of

Patriotism were sown in the heart of children. The Program

traditionally began with the hoisting of the flag and followed by

National Anthem and Flag Song. Thereafter some dance items

demonstrating patriotism and Indian culture were presented.

The audience was mesmerized by the performances and fill the

the teachers of pre-primary and primary wing to equip them

with the required tools of pedagogy and make the teaching

learning process better and interesting in the classroom. The

mentally, emotionally, aesthetically and linguistically and also to

empower teachers to organize meaningful educational games

and activities.

“A healthy outside starts from the inside”

teachers find very little time for themselves. So as a part of health

and wellness program the school conducted workshop of

‘Children must be taught how to think – not what to think”

The ultimate goal of teaching life skill is to make them learn personal

independence. Life skill are abilities to enable children to deal effectively with the

demands and challenges of life.. In MIS personal care is being taken for above objectives

through apparently looking small activities but the effects of such activities are

surprising which are reflected in student’s behaviour.

Life Skill Activity : Serving Water

“Eat Better, Feel Better”

To inculcate above quote in tiny tot’s heart and soul, MIS conducted few activities like healthy food awareness, vegetable

exhibition, I spy vegetable game, vegetable parade etc. which enabled students to understand the real potential of food. The

teachers explained the importance of vegetables with knowledge of which vegetable contains which nutrients to students which

helped them a lot to give a real logic for not being reluctant to vegetables. The students learns that a balanced diet can be one of the

most powerful but easy way to protect our body from any diseases.
