Parking rates are on a per day/per stay basis and restart at 6AM daily. There is 150 car parks available over 2 levels, majority undercover. On street parking is available.

S U M M A R Y O F T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S : Please note that space is not held at the time of writing. Should you wish to place a booking, contract documents, which cover the terms and conditions, are required to be returned along with your deposit. An initial non-refundable deposit of 30% of contracted estimated conference charges is required to secure your event.

You are required to provide to the Hotel, in writing, particulars of all venues, beverages, entertainment, technical requirements, room set ups, number of persons expected to attend the function and the starting and finishing times. These details are required at least fourteen (14) days before the function.

Final payment is required on confirmation of final numbers. Final numbers for catering orders and staff rosters are required 72 hours prior to the event. Should final numbers not be received by this time the estimated numbers that were indicated will be the basis for the minimum charge which will be completed 72 hours before your event.

We would be disappointed if your event was to be cancelled. However, we realise circumstances occasionally make this necessary. If the event and accommodation are cancelled, cancellation conditions will apply. Your deposit will be used as an initial cancellation fee. Other charges apply.
