2. Public relations and communication Officer

Develop the strategy for RTDA external and internal communication and formulate stake holder participation plan implementation Suggest and develop short news and knowledge pieces for the RTDA website and social media outlets on daily regular basis (Face book, twitter, Flickr, andYouTube). Support RTDA to publicly communicate the project activities, and their impact to the target audience. Ensure that all geometric designs and other services carried out by consultants and in-house staff are properly reviewed, checked and maintained in respect of meeting all the standards in accordance with the defined procedures. B.E in civil Engineering, with 3 years experience in road maintenance programming, paved and unpaved conditions M.Sc. in construction or civil engineering will be an added advantage.
