• Given a 2‐hr UH, a 4‐hr UH can be derived.

– Plot the 2‐hr UH

– Plot another 2‐hr UH, lagged 2 hrs2 hrs

– Add the ordinates of the UHs and divide by 2to get 4‐hr UH
