PROJECT ORGANISER

The organiser of the "I Have Talent" project is European Centre of Diplomacy and Peace with its headquarters at Al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, Poland. It has been entered into National Court Register under the number KRS 0000549565 on 24 March 2015, using the identification numbers: REGON 361123964 and NIP 5272732613 – hereinafter referred to as "Organiser".

PROJECT PROTÉGÉS

The project protégés may solely be natural persons who are the holders of the Polish nationality, have been residing in home country or abroad, and are under the age of 33 when starting the participation in the project. Moreover, they shall demonstrate outstanding talents and huge potential in at least one field of science and technics, culture and arts, or sport and physical activity.

PROJECT PREMISES

By means of promotion activities as well as financial and/or material support the project is aimed at improving self-confidence of its protégés, keeping watch over the state of their development progress, work motivation and exploiting outstanding talents, broadening their creative competencies, as well as reducing burdens which may affect chances of success in their chosen fields.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES The "I Have Talent" project is carried out within the charity and caring activities of the foundation. In particular, it encompasses presentation and promotion of the previous examples of creative accomplishments of the protégés, participation in contest and special workshops aimed at identifying and developing talents, as well as fundraising to support the progress towards achieving goals.

PROJECT DURATION The activities taken within the project can be considered as permanent in nature. Therefore, applications for admission to the project may be submitted at any time. The Organiser guarantees two-year cooperation of benefit to its protégés, which can be prolonged according to joint agreements. The cooperation is completed after reaching the age of 35 by the protégés at the latest.

PARTICIPATION COSTS

The participation in the "I Have Talent" project is for its protégés free of charge. The Organiser neither charges for submitting applications nor accepts any financial or material gifts, indented to subsume the persons interested under the project. The Organiser covers all the costs of any promotion activities in favour of its protégés, but makes no guarantee over fund contributions for them.

OTHER PROVISIONS

Both Rules of Procedure of the "I Have Talent" project and application form are available on the foundation's website: http://www.ecdp.org.pl. To all matters not settled herein provisions of the Polish laws in force shall apply. The participation in the project clearly and unambiguously indicates the acceptance of these Rules of Procedure by the protégés or by their legal representatives.
