Q.4 (A) In recent years, all over the world, people are showing more concern for health and environmental issues. We are seeing many evidences of deterioration of soil quality and water pollution due to use of hard chemicals in agriculture which has crossed the dangerous level. Demand for organic food is increasing and is expected to grow. Government of India has recognised this new developing market and estimated more than USD 13 billion export market with growth rate of 5-10 per cent in the next five years.

You are required to frame research objectives, hypothesis and budget for the above problem.(7)

(B) What is inductive and deductive approach? Justify your answer with an example.(7)

But don’t think that before you go to the team members must at least identify what could be the reasons for the dull performance at Danish by looking at the other organisations or by talking to the human resource consultants who have some experience of the same.
