The Company Secretary is a statutoryofficer appointed under the requirements ofthe Companies Act, 1956 to comply with itsprovisions and other allied legislations suchas Listing Agreement and SEBI guidelines.He heads the Registered office to carry outthe functions as stipulated under theprovisions of the Companies Act, 1956 andother Corporate legislations. The department, he heads is aResponsibility Centre. He is responsible forimplementing the directions / decisions ofthe Board / Sub-Committee / MD. He isassisted by Dy. Company Secretary in therank of a Manager and other staff membersin discharge of the various duties within timeframe.
