    MINUTEMEN FOOTBALL

    Revere Offensive Style

Basic I formation offense (TB, FB, TE, 2 WR) that showcases a physical run game wasthe base which sets up an effective play action passing game. We present furtherdifficulties four our opponents by motioning/shifting to create confusion andmismatches for the defense while maintaining a clear understanding for our playersresponsibilities.

    It is designed to:

Be flexible to allow us to take advantage of our personnel's strengths while exploiting

the weaknesses four opponents. Attack the entire fieldstretching the defense horizontally as well as vertically.

Be unpredictable due to multiple plays off the same look and through our own selfscouting to identify tendencies.

Be simple but give the appearance of complexity.

Our formations system allows us to have a few simple formations but with many smallvariationsthis allows us to give hundreds of different looks but very little of our base

offense is affected. Our personnel groupings allow for further variations and allow us to create

    mismatches.

Our motions and tags create complexities for the defense to take into account but staysbase for us players.

We have our set base players with which our whole offense is built offless is more.

    Revere Offensive Philosophy

To execute at a high level will minimal mistakes through consistent execution basedexcellent fundamentals.

To be a tough and physical team that imposes our will at the line of scrimmage.

To be able to effectively run the football which will intern set up the pass.

Running the football also allows us to control the football (field position and timeof possession).

To create difficulties for opponents to game plan for us, practice for us, and playagainst us by presenting a variety of challenges:

attacking base plays that have multiple looks of them (series based) to keepdefense guessing.

few formations with numerous variations to create the appearance of manyformations.

multiple personnel groups that take advantage of our strengths and exploit the

weakness of our opponents. numerous motions/shifts to create mismatches and angles on our opponents.

    formations and personnel groups

To execute as ONE UNIT! Our offensive players take enormous pride in beingpart of this unitTEAM BEFORE ME!

DEFENSIVE TECHNIQUES: The location (inside shoulderhead upoutside shoulder) of the defensive linemen inrelation to the offensive linemen.

GAPS: The areas between offensive linemen, referred to for players assignment or responsibility.
