In a revolutionary application whose main UI is a Cartoon style map of an office building. In this Role I have been coached directly by; Matt Leacock (Principle Designer at Yahoo, also you might own his board games) and Joe Maruschak (GM Garage games). Visual Design Work Experience Visual Designer & illustrator | App Artist & Designer 5 Years | Retail Space Designer 4 Years | Design work for a variety of brands such as Intuit, Pearson, G4S, Anthem, Safeway and Whole Foods Illustrator - Blog posts Sococo Bob— I got to illustrate for Sococo’s Blog, I enjoyed the creative freedom, and fun of puting our main character in various sen- arios. Contextual Inquiry Custom Maps — Working with our team I visit our customers digital workplaces, listening and observing the way they work & gathering map design requirements. UX Research - Begninner Website Analysis — I researched user experi- ence testing, studied statistics, and created and executed a benchmarking analysis of the Sococo website. So that we could test how much our new website improves the user experience. Adobe Illustrator - Advanced Pixel Perfect Design — I illustrated almost all of the maps in Sococo. Also in the early stages of our web-based material design inspired web app I created high fidelity mockups for the dev team helping them to define the look. I have crafted material design inspired application icons. Designed and illustrated characters for in app mes- saging. In the classic app I worked with Matt Leacock to update design specifications for a design of chat, website layouts and graph- ics for two different website updates. Creat- ed mockups for a classic mobile iphone app. Working with the CTO i created the UI and back- grounds for Billionaire Poker, Playscreens best looking game for Ipad and Iphone. Each inter- face started with a sketch based on the require- ments. Then photoshop for several revisions, then on to Adobe illustrator, for polish and export of all the graphics. I packaged up the graphics with coordinats for the location of each graphic on the screen and delivered them to our develop- ers for implementation. Artist PlayScreen - Jan 2011 - March 2012 UI Design - Thinking like a User Wire frames — I cut my teeth on UI design for games, designing a the UI for all of our poker games interactions. Illustrated and acted out wireframes interactions on video. I assisted the senior designers by modeling store interiors in Sketchup, designing graphics and signage. And creating concept illustrations combining sketchup and photoshop.
