a) KYC Due Diligence Review ( Presently in Transition) - Conducted on-going review of KYC information (i.e. source of wealth, enhance due diligence) and related account documentation for existing Public Figures and other high risk clients to ensure the periodic review of sensitive client population has taken place by sending requests for updating to the Relationship Managers
1. Key contributor in drafting the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for KYC & AML based on sanctions for Quality monitoring system of accounts worked & reviewed.
2. Reporting Money Laundering Reporting Office (AML) and raise requests with OFAC and High Risk Unit to follow protocols for SAR(Suspicious Activity Report)
3. Working with business lines to improve procedures and implement the same to ensure future compliance
4. Providing inputs and drawing a plan of action with the senior management in order to overcome bottlenecks if any to ensure project completion within the stipulated time frame
5. Conducting internal audit for Clients with a focus on regulatory compliance in prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing Activities
b) FXPB Reconciliation – Analyzing and reconciliation of FX trades for credit derivatives portfolio submitted on FX platform by clients and resolving breaks as per guidelines.

c) Cost Basis Reporting Service (CBRS) – Remediation performed on client’s portfolio management system, to help them comply with the new Cost Basis reporting requirements laid down by IRS (US- Internal Revenue System).
1. Remediating client’s portfolio systems to ensure accurate capture of Covered and Uncovered securities
2. Ensuring accurate capture of Cost Basis information of security transfers in a portfolio, for Tax Reporting
3. Ensuring accurate capture of “Versus Purchase” transaction- to aid investors calculate Capital Loss / Gain on Equity Securities for tax reporting
4. Ensuring Corporate Action’s are appropriately updated and displayed on Clients Profit and Loss Statement
d) CDS Processing – Reconciliation of OTC trades for Credit Derivatives Portfolio submitted on DTCC platform by clients and resolving breaks as per guidelines of ISDA credit derivatives guidelines
1. Downloading Credit Default Swap Trades(CDS) for trade analysis from DTCC website2. Performing reconciliation of trades by suggesting the correct values for the discrepancy in trades3.
