Digital Marketing Consultant – T4 – AvsBsports.eu / February 2016 to December 2016

Assisted with the marketing aspects of the development of a new sports betting platform (mobile version

only)

Worked in the conjunction with the company's UX Designer in the conceptualization of the application.

Created all the content needed for the mobile application, including advertising communications, legal

content, page content, affiliate program section, etc.

Pointed out to the senior management and UX Designer about missing elements and processes that

needed to be included to ensure a better sales flow in the mobile application.

Helped with the web application review and identification of “bugs” and structural problems that affected

the software and consequently the customer experience.

The scope of the freelance projects I developed during this period include helping a hotel to manage its

social media channels and improve the rankings in industry specific portals (two months). Additionally, I

helped to create a brand concept for a new sports betting company (Betluckys.ag, five months), managed

the social media presence of an artist (painter), created the business plan and devised selling tactics for

a gaming information portal (two months) and help with market research to improve a network of boxing

portals (two months).

Operations Manager Consultant - NewBingoBilly.ag / July 2013 to February 2015

I helped the owners to stabilize irregular sales patterns of the bingo business unit by increasing new client

recruitment. During this process I audited the operation to start measuring KPIs. The sales stabilization

was accomplished after one year of hard work.

I helped to overhaul the payment processing system to better service the casino and bingo clientele and

I helped in the process of improving the aging IT infrastructure to better serve the clients. During this

period I also mentored staff and helped to procure SEO staff, videos for social media, a new version of

the website, affiliate marketing initiatives, mass mailings, etc.

Marketing Project Manager – Orgánico Soft, freelance and Sabbatical / July 2011 to June

2013

I worked during a short period (about 6 months) at Orgánico Soft (marketing division of

SportsBetting.com) as Marketing Project Manager before the company was sold to BetOnline.ag During

this period, I helped the Marketing Director to set up Marketing Department from scratch, I created

marketing operations best practices, created project management procedures (Agile Methodology),

helped with the migration of the money-making brand to a new interface, took care of the day to day

deliverables of the advertising campaigns and other marketing related projects, assisted with social media

campaign conceptualization and implementations, managed a team of four graphic designers, etc.

In general, my job description at Orgánico included being the link between the IT and Development

Departments and Marketing. As such, I had to plan, organize and coordinate all mission critical marketing

processes with the technical staff in order to achieve specific business goals.

After my stay at Orgánico, I helped different betting and casino companies with day to day marketing

operations: Alignment of tactics with company strategy, team organization, campaign implementation,

metric creation and reporting, etc.

Brand Manager - Payperhead.com / July 2010 to June 2011

The company didn’t have historical information to help in the business decision making process, so I

standardized metrics and KPI reporting procedures of the “per head” business unit with the rest of the

company.

I provided leadership to the implementation of the customer recruitment tools and campaign best

practices towards the NFL season 2010 – 2011. The new agent recruitment in that period increased 50%

year-on-year.

I spearheaded a new pricing scheme that was aligned with the strategic vision of the company’s stake

holders and the CMO. Additionally, I was responsible for the development and delivery a new website to

display and promote that pricing strategy. During this period I was part of different cross-functional teams

(Customer Service, IT, Marketing and Sales) to set up the initiatives listed above.
