T SERIESLoad Range: 3.00 – 120.00 kN
DescriptionThe highly flexible T SeRieS resilient mounts have been specifically designed to obtain the highest levels of isolation and comfort and incorporate safety features and multiple design options. The load is suspended onto rubber elements working in shear and compression; meanwhile, multiple rubber compounds are available to ensure the satisfactory tuning of the vibration behaviour of the suspended machine.
Technical CharacteristicsHighly flexible T SeRieS resilient mounts are available in the load range from3.00 up to 120.00 kN.
The damping element of the T SeRieS resilient mounts is made of naturalrubber (NR). This enables these mounts to work at ambient temperatures in therange of -20°/+70°C.
Features such as the pre-tensioning devices guarantee quicker installation proceduresand a reduced creep factor, thanks to the pre-stressed rubber.
Multiple versions are available to best suit the specific installation and needs of each customer. These include an internal fail free device, limiting vertical and radial motion.
Fail free deviceThe internal limiter ensures the security of the assembly in case of rubber failure, and prevents abnormal deflections occurring due to extreme movements of thesuspended machinery.
ApplicationsPropulsive reciprocating engines – marine power generator sets – diesel electricpropulsive units – single and double suspensions.
CertificationsLloyd’s Register of Shipping, American Bureau of Shipping, Det Norske Veritas,Bureau Veritas.

HA – HA/DSHeight Adjustment version, which compensates against the creeping of the rubberelement as a result of aging. For main propulsive units.
STStandard version. This is mainly used for generator sets and railway applications.
CB – CB/DSCentral Bolt version. This is for auxiliary drives.
DHDeck House version. This is ideal to suspend the deck, and is aimed at marine applications.

DescriptionThe VD SeRieS mounts are elements working in shear and compression, with the objective of achieving an optimal insulation performance and stability of the suspended machinery; such stability is granted by ideal ratio among the stiffnesses on the three axes.
VD SERIESLoad Range: 0.2 – 30.0 kN
The metal parts have a suitable anticorrosive treatment for outdoor applications.
The top metal hood protects the rubber from ozone, UV rays, diesel or oil. Thesecontaminants may cause considerable damage to the rubber.
The interlocking metal component provides a fail-safe protection for mobile applica-tions, limiting the ascending vertical movements when the mounting is exposed to shocks at traction.
The most important applications are all of the mobile rotation machineries, such aspumps, marine land auxiliary units, industrial vehicles, compressors, ventilators etc.
VD: mounts with internal safety limiter for traction loads; these are particularly
designed for marine applications.VD/S: without internal limiter, more indicated for industrial load based applications.
The height adjustment device is available for main propulsion engines.
VD SeRieS are available in the load range from 0.2 kN to 30.0 kN.The damping element of the VD SeRieS resilient mounts is made of naturalrubber (NR). This component enables these mounts to work at ambienttemperatures in the range of -20’°/+70°.

DescriptionThe MARiNeFLeX SeRieS perform at their best in applications where insulationand stability is mandatory.
The optimised stiffness ratio on the 3 axes ensures good levels of vibration isolationwhile at the same time delivering the capability of withstanding longitudinal forces.
In lateral direction, isolation is granted by low stiffness, creating low natural frequencies.
These mounts are suitable for the most varied of applications, ranging from marinemain propulsion to generating sets, compressors, railway and industrial vehicles.
For the main propulsion, the mounts must be equipped with a height adjustingdevice. This ensures that the alignment process is eased.

DescriptionSC mounts are conical isolators that can be normally used for both marine and automotive applications. They are able to not only suspend main engines but also any machine that is required to withstand traction and compression loads.
These have been specifically built to dampen vertical vibrations, isolate the structu-res from the vibrations produced by the suspended machine and to therefore reduce noise levels. However, due to the specifically made stiffness ratio on the 3 axes, they can also receive longitudinal and lateral dynamic forces.

DescriptionThe MG resilient mounts have been designed to satisfy the needs of commercial, industrial and pleasure craft applications, where the lightness of the equipment isvery important. For this reason, it has been manufactured in light alloy in its standard version.
The damping element of the MG SeRieS resilient mounts is made of natural rubber(NR). This component enables these mounts to work at ambient temperatures in therange of -20°/+70°. Available in the load range from 100 N to 5000 N.
Due to their low natural frequency, these resilient mounts can be used for suppor-ting all kinds of machinery and equipment where a significant reduction of noise and vibration is required.
MG mounts are divided into two different categories:DNP (Direct Non-Protected)DP (Direct Protected) with a metal casing.
MG SERIESLoad Range: 100 N – 5000 N
DPDirect Protected
DNPDirect Not Protected
The specific shape of the rubber ensures the constancy of the load-strain ratio, evenover 30% of the nominal load. The transversal stiffness, which is about one-half that of the vertical ones, is also constant. Together with the high natural rubber quality, these characteristics equip the mounts with a high capacity to reduce vibrations of widespread applications.
In case the mount potentially comes in contact with external corrosive agents, itcan be supplied with a protective metallic casing (DP version). This version is alsoequipped with a rubber stop to prevent metal to metal contact.
Application fields are:Compressor units – Pumps – Ventilator units – Little and medium dimension machinery.

DescriptionAVRs are semi-elastic suspensions that are mainly designed for free-standing gear-boxes and close coupled engines/gearbox applications, where the mountings mustabsorb the torque reaction in combination with full propeller thrust.
AVR mountings are provided by inner and outer precision metal sleeves, which arebonded together strongly by vulcanisation between rubber and metal surfaces. The cylindrical bush is able to damp axial and in particular radial vibrations, withstanding torsion and cardanic deflections.
The plates of connection are defined on the specific gearbox model.Load range up to 93 kN for each mounting.
The damping element of the AVR SeRieS resilient mounts is made of naturalrubber (NR). This component enables these mounts to work at ambient tempe-ratures in the range of -20’°/+70°. The rubber elements are manufactured in a standard 60 shore A rubber mix. It is also available in other compounds upon request.

DescriptionThe eVF resilient mounts have been designed to solve the problems of noise andvibrations in the connections between pipes/ventilators and ventilators/bulkheador, generally speaking, in air system pipes for marine applications.
Thanks to its versatility and typology, the eVF mount can be used to support all kinds of pipes for air conditioning or air ventilation systems that need a reductionin noise and vibration.
The specific construction of eVF mount guarantees (also under accidental condi-tions) the mechanical connection between pipes, and ventilators etc. In working conditions, the eVF reduces noise and vibration of the ducts, allowing the air-seal.
EVF SERIESNominal Diameter: 360 – 900 mm
The high EPDM rubber quality grants a resistance to the atmospheric corrosion of the marine environment. For specific working conditions, the eVF mount can be supplied with a silicon rubber mix in order to support high temperatures (up to 300°C).
The standard eVF is supplied in ST37 zinc plated carbon steel with eVF rubber quality. Metal parts in stainless steel (Inox 316) are also available upon request.
The damping element of the eVF SeRieS resilient mounts is made of naturalrubber (NR). This component enables these mounts to work at ambient tempera-tures in the range of -20’°/+70°.

vibration system (stationary, transiently). The accuracy of the analysis depends on the preciseness of the data used
