DHA Overview RMS Panel The RMS Panel is made up of contractors nationally who deliver maintenance and emergency repairs to houses in DHAs portfolio. The RMS Panel is made up of three trade groups. This RFT focuses on Trade Group 3 (TG3) and covers the following trades: Trade Group 3 1.Carpentry 2.Building 3.Fencing 4.Garage Doors 5.Glazing 6.Locksmith 7.Pest Control 8.Screens 9.Ceramic Tiling 10.Roof Tiling Tender Timeline The dates below are indicative only. No Hard Copy submissions will be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted. Questions should be submitted via the Contact Job Manager button in 360Pro. Addendas will be released via 360Pro to theaddress of every registered tenderer. If you submit a tender early, you can reopen, revise and resubmit your tender before the closing time. A webinar has been developed this year to guide tenderers in the use of 360Pro. DHA procurement policy also governs what information can be provided to tenderers whilst the tender is under assessment. DHA will provide tenderers with updates throughout the assessment period. All tenderers will receive the same information. DHA has the right to seek clarification/additional information from your Company during this period. No tenderer will be provided with an Individual status update. There are now three ways that you can be assessed as meeting WHS in 360Pro: Assessed by external auditor Assessed by DHA in past 12 months for relevant trades Completion of DHAs full WHS questionnaire and assessment Successful tenderers must complete DHAs WHS Induction training DHA will run internal reports to monitor compliance Refresher training may be required during the contract period.
