Research Problem: Classroom Management Problems faced by
TESL teachers in their first year teaching profession, as well as the causes and potential solutions of these problems.
Proposal
To reveal classroom management problems that TESL teachers in their first year teaching profession had encountered, as well as the causes and potential solutions of these problems by considering the views of parents, school administrators and teachers.
The Purpose of the Study
What are the classroom management problems that TESL teachers in their first year teaching profession faced?
What are the causes of these classroom management problem?
What are the potential solutions suggested by teachers, administrators and parents for these classroom management and discipline problems?
Research Questions

Literature Review
The study is conducted based on the issues faced by Information Technology Teachers in Turkey.
Research is done using qualitative method. Aims of study; reveal misbehavior,
classroom management and discipline problems faced by IT teachers + reasons & possible solutions.
Summary
Qualitative research method. Provides the researchers to work small
groups, but thus to gain in-depth information, understanding and wider insight on the selected subjects (Patton;1990 Yildirim & Simsek,2008)
Research Method
Through Interview;i. Family members of the students that took
English course in school.ii. TESL teachers (Senior ones)iii. School principals and vice principals. Demographic information for the teachers
and administrators are also listed in the interview schedules. e.g: gender, experience in profession & work load.
Project Design
Qualitative data analysis was organized in five steps; method proposed by Schloss and Smith (1999) and updated by Erdogan and Ok (2007)
1) Transcription2) Reliability analysis3) Coding4) Establishing themes and categories5) Writing up and interpreting the result.
Data Collection and Analysis
Classroom Management problems will be grouped under this following themes;
