please contact Edison at (800) 655-4555 to request aResidency Letter, which will be emailed to you.

□ Form or letter from a state or federal government

agency received within the last 30 days. Examples:government assistance, jury duty summons, mail

forwarded, or change of address request from post office.

(We cannot accept property tax bills or Grant Deeds .)

□ Escrow Purchase Agreement with signatures ofboth buyer & seller scheduled to close within 30 days*

□ Payroll check/stub dated within the last 30 days

□ Escrow Closing Disclosure or proof of closing within

the past 30 days*

□ Current car insurance policy declarations page orsummary (We cannot accept a proof of insurance card/bill.)

* NOTE: If an Edison Residency Letter or escrow documents are used, then a Gas Co. or Edison bill (both top and bottom) must beprovided to the school within 30 days of registration, to ensure continued enrollment.
