Reliance Term Plan is the traditional non-linked and non-

participative plan

Riders

The customers get an option to choose among the following riders

to get an extra advantage

Reliance major surgical benefit rider

In this rider, the person will get the surgical benefit in terms of

claim if they go through a surgery that is listed in the list of 33

surgeries.

Reliance Critical Conditions (25) rider

In this rider, if the insured gets one of the critical illness that is

listed in the list of 25 major critical illness, he/she will get the

benefit in terms of the amount of rider or expenses.

Reliance Family income benefit rider

In this rider, the family of the insured will get the family income

at the rate of 1% of sum assured per month from the date of death

of the insured till the date of maturity or 10 years, whichever

comes late.

Reliance accidental death and total and

permanent disablement rider (Regular premium)

In this rider, if the insured met with an accident and gets total or

permanent disability, he/she will get the benefit in terms of the

amount of rider added. In this the insured has to pay the premium

regularly.

Reliance accidental death and total and

permanent disablement rider (Limited premium)

In this rider, if the insured met with an accident and gets total or

permanent disability, he/she will get the benefit in terms of the

amount of rider added. In this the insured has to pay the premium

only once or for a limited term as mentioned in the policy

document.
