Advantages of the MICROSERIES
The concept
The relay coupler and optocoupler variants fromthe MICROSERIES are used in automationapplications to isolate and couple digital inputand output signals. Their compact design meansthat they are particularly suitable for use in PLC cabinets as well as in switchgear cabinetswhere they help the user to make optimum useof valuable switching space. With its compactdesign, the MICROSERIES elegantly combinesthe functionality of the classic coupling level andthe terminal level.
Coupling modules in terminal block format
The 6.1-mm mounting width favours the space-savingmounting of the MICROSERIES in applications inindustrial automation. The MICROSERIES isparticularly suitable when refitting or extending installations and machines. This is when they facilitate the optimum use of the limited space which exists in switchgear cabinets.

Connection
The greatest possible flexibility when it comes towiring. The relay sockets are the heart of the newrange of relay couplers and optocouplers. Thecouplers are optionally available with screw ortension clamp technology.

Retaining and release mechanism
The innovative retaining and releasemechanism safely secures the plugged relayon the socket base. The release functionallows the plugged relay to be reliably andeasily removed from the socket base. Inaddition, the generous marking areas ensurethe clearly visible marking of electricalequipment with WS markers.
Pluggable cross-connections
The pluggable cross-connections ZQV 4N are available in different polenumbers and colors. They enable thereliable cross-connection of the fourpotentials in the input and output.
Relay and optocoupler modules
Pluggable relay couplers andoptocouplers make possible theindividual adaptation of the modulefunctions. For example, there are relaycouplers with AgSnO and gold contactsas well as optocouplers with differentpower outputs available.

Advantages of the PLUGSERIES
Contact material
Allround flexibility is achieved by thechoice of materials for the contacts. TheRT relay used in the relay couplers of thePLUGSERIES PRS/PRZ are fitted withgold-flashed AgNi contacts. Relays with hard gold-plated contacts areoptionally available for switching lowpower ratings.
The concept
PLUGSERIES is a product range fordigital switching applications inindustrial / process and buildingautomation.The basis is an universal, socket basethat is snapped on to mounting rails.Electromechanical and solid-staterelays from different manufacturerscan be combined to make completefunctional units. The relay couplersPLUGRELAY can switch high-powerratings with up to 4 kVA of resistiveloads. The solid-state relaysPLUGOPTO are suitable for AC andDC applications.
Cross-connection
Housings from the same range can beconnected via cross-connections so that the input potential and the rootcontact can be bridged from one moduleto another.

Securely mounted
The retaining and release clip guarantees that therelay is securely mounted. It ensures that the relay canbe quickly ejected when servicing is required. It isuniversally suitable for relays with standardised heightsof 15.7 mm or 25.5 mm.
Connection
The greatest possible flexibility when it comes towiring. The relay sockets are the heart of therange of relay couplers and optocouplers. Thecouplers are optionally available with screw ortension clamp technology.
Modular principle
The PLUGSERIES is particularly service friendly.Commercially available relays can simply beplugged in, retaining and release clips guaranteethat the modules are securely mounted, LEDindicators with free-wheeling diodes can simplybe plugged. The distinguishing features of the PLUGSERIESis its economical price and fully developedproduct technology.

The PLUGSERIES offers solid-state relays forAC and DC applications. Currents up to 5 A at 24 V DC and 4 A at 230 V AC can be safely switched.

The concept
The product family is specialized on digitalswitching applications in industrial, process andbuilding automation. The basis is an universal,socket base that is snapped on to mountingrails. Industrial relays of different manufacture canbe plugged in.

Modular principle
The PLUGSERIES for industrial use is particularlyservice friendly. Commercially available relays cansimply be plugged in, retaining and release clipsguarantee that the relays are securely mounted.

Securely mounted
The retaining and release clip guarantees that the relay is securely mounted. It ensures that the relay can be quickly ejected when servicing is required.
Cross-connection
Pluggable crossconnections are availablein different colours. Input potential androot contact can be bridged from onemodule to another.
Industrial relays
Available are different relays of Omron andSchrack. The 4 change over relays areequipped with mechanical and opticalstatus indicator, manual test tab andcadmium-free contacts. Coil operatingvoltage of available relays are 6...220 Vdcand 6...230 Vac.
