•  First and last name of every employee who reports to you or is in on your team (extra credit for spelling and two levels).

•  Name of their spouse, children and/or pet. •  Most significant event in their professional life in the past six

months. •  Most significant event in their personal life in the past six

months. •  What is their passion in life (hobby, music, writing, kids,

grandkids, boating, reading, etc.).
