Plural nouns name more than one person, place, or thing (noun). --Most of the time, you simply add –s to the noun

--For nouns that end in x, ch, sh, s, or z, add –es.

--ex. boxboxes; churchchurches

--For nouns that end in a consonant plus y, change the y to i and add –es.

--ex. partyparties
