Justin Weaver is employed as a shop mechanic. For more than two years he has managed the content and delivery of our monthly internal newsletter. Justin is an intelligent and motivated individual and is more than capable of managing a small group of people. Justin was hired as a delivery driver and has worked his way into the shop and field service. I can see Justin working into a mechanical/electricalshop lead man or supervisor in a few years.

He is a very dedicated individual and I am very pleased to have him as part of our JCI Industries staff here in SWMO.
