ABSTRACT

Most of the injuries are all happened only by sudden impact of accident

Impact force absorber can reduce the impact force acting on the vehicle and prevent accident

absorber system fully analyzed then conclude how much of impact effect could be reduced by absorber while accident happen

Details of systems

• Spring system(combine of compression & tension)

• Fluid system(synthetic suspension oil made by silicone)

• Check valve system(ball check valve)

Spring system

• Compression and tension spring have 1” wire dia

• Compression spring have 2 inch pitch

• Tension spring have 1 inch pitch

• Both are outer dia of 3.5 inches

Hydraulic system

• Silicon based Synthetic suspension oil

• SAE 85W

• 3.5litre

IMPACT ABSORBER

•Its able to absorb the impact forces and reduce the damages of vehicle, also save the human life.

•Its placed on the bumper and chassis between the vehicle
