The recent years have been extremely exciting for REDFILO - as the company grew enormously in scale, reputation and strength. REDFILO was able to capitalise on its team’s capability and build up a reputation for conceptualising and organising turnkey events that are both effective and cost efficient for our Client. REDFILO organised some of the biggest events held in the United Arab Emirates with offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Singapore.

Our impressive accomplishments, accorded more than seven accolades in the Middle East Event Awards since 2009, spoke loudly about our work in the event industry. Having been awarded some of UAE’s large scale events, placed REDFILO onto a higher benchmark andset REDFILO apart from other event companies. Since its inception, the group CEO, Founder

and Managing Director, Pach Ang, headed REDFILO in creating unique events. His 30 years military background in the Singapore Commando, enabled him to look beyond the event perspective and gave him the ability to lead the company with clear values and goals to greater achievements. As an illustrious world leader once said, “Discipline is the soul of an army. It makes small numbers formidable; procures success to the weak and esteem to all”.

On behalf of Etisalat for GITEX 2014, REDFILO Events managed mesmerising performances by world prominent virtual magician and techno-illusionist Marco Tempest. Expertly combining magic and technology, Marco Tempest amazed the crowd by producing astonishing cyber illusions - like computer generated imagery & videos - which formed a new way of performing unique, contemporary magic.

FORT BUILDING STORE LAUNCHJOTUN PAINTS

REDFILO Events conceptualised a powerful and inspiring reveal for Jotun's Fort Building branch with the theme “Switching on the Lights” for key stake holders, VIPs and media. REDFILO designed the event concept, graphics and super-sized props for the launch, producing an atmosphere of elegance with the illuminated transformation of the store in preparation of the cake cutting ceremony.

REIGN OF CHAMPIONSONE FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIP

Partnered with REDFILO Events and supported by Dubai Tourism, the ONE Fighting Championship kicked off its UAE debut with a blockbuster event in the heart of Dubai, on the 29th August 2014, as three ONE FC world championship titles were on the line at ONE FC: REIGN OF CHAMPIONS.

The Dubai World Trade Centre played host to the biggest Mixed Martial Arts event in Asia, which featured an international line up of fighters from all over the world, and was hailed as being ‘the most successful ONE FC event’ to date.

MODHESH CRAFTSVILLESUMMER IS DUBAI

On behalf of DFRE and serving the purpose of promoting the summer ‘Modhesh’ festival in Dubai, REDFILO created ‘Modhesh CraftsVille’- purpose built areas contained within Mirdif City Centre Mall and Dubai Mall in which children cansit a while and master their creative flair with the use of clay, sticks, paper and various other materials.

MODHESH FUN BUSSUMMER IS DUBAI

On behalf of DFRE and for the purpose of the summer ‘Modhesh’ festival in Dubai, REDFILO created the ‘Modhesh Fun Bus’. This custom designed double decker bus traveled to various key locations in Dubai, promoting the festival across the city.Children were invited to join the Modhesh fun bus team to watch a daily Magic show, Bubble show and Circus show while enjoying complimentary refreshments.

MUSHRIF MALLVIVA LA FIESTA

On behalf of Mushrif Mall and Line Investments and Property LLC, REDFILO Events organised the World Cup celebration and Latino Festival “Viva La Fiesta” in Mushrif Mall, Abu Dhabi. In celebration of the FIFA World Cup 2014, Mushrif Mall hosted a Latin themed extravaganza which lasted over two weeks allowing the public to get the true taste of Brazilian carnival culture.

The atmosphere of the tremendous Latin Dance Show filled the audience with the spirit of the FIFA Celebration. The talented dancers with their extraordinary Cuban Salsa, Brazilian Samba, Flamenco, American Tribal, Mexican and other Latin dances impressed all visitors with their Traditional Latino costumes decorated with feathers and other props, and musical instruments such as African drum, Mexican Maracas and Tambourines.

TOWN HALL MEETINGMIDFIELD TERMINAL PROJECT

Appointed by Abu Dhabi Airports Company, REDFILO designed, constructed and executed the Capital Projects Town Hall session within the mock up complex at the MTP site.

The REDFILO team focused on transforming the complex into a suitable Town Hall session for 300 delegates with a fully equipped stage with an LED screen measuring 7m x 4m, complimented with a complete audio system, whilst creating visually eye-catching decorations and brandings within the theme of ‘One Team. One Project’.

PRODUCT LAUNCHJOTASHIELD EXTREME

REDFILO Events, collaborating with the world’s number one paint brand - Jotun, created a spectacular two day productlaunch at the Sofitel Hotel, Abu Dhabi.

Guests were stunned by a dynamic stomp performance and a show stopping Bollywood flashmob as the new Jotashield‘Colourlast’ and ‘Colour Extreme’ exterior paint collections were revealed on a super sized HD custom built LED screen.

DUBAI SHOPPING FESTIVALBEDOUIN LIFESTYLE

REDFILO Events, on behalf of DFRE, produced and managed the Bedouin Lifestyle experience, a celebration of the wonderfully rich culture and traditions of the old age Bedouin Lifestyle. Countries from Mauritania, Burkina Faso, Kenya, Jordan, Sudan, India, Yemen, Algeria, Egypt, Mali, Niger and Morocco entertained visitors with their amazing cultural performance and hospitality.

RUSSIAN STILT MUSICIANSDUBAI SHOPPING FESTIVAL

On behalf of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), REDFILO produced and managed this amazing display of highly skilled Russian musicians on stilts with their elaborate traditional Russian costumes. Performing in more than 15 locations in Dubai especially for Dubai Shopping Festival 2014.

AL GHARBIA, WESTERN REGION42ND UAE NATIONAL DAY

REDFILO Events produced and managed a truly breathtaking show, uniquely created for Al Gharbia Madinat Zayed, Western Region to celebrate the 42nd UAE National Day. An astonishing Fire and LED Light Show dazzled audiences at a fabulous al fresco location.

STARS OF THE STAGE

REDFILO Events conceptualised, organised and managed regional talent contest “Stars Of The Stage”. After rounds of grueling auditions scrutinised by a panel of celebrity judges just ten hopefuls were left to battle it out at the Grand Final. The audience was stunned by the multi-talented young stars and their outstanding performances. The stupendous singers, dynamic dance crews, math marvels and passionate poets made “Stars of the Stage” a sensational new element of ‘Summer is Dubai’.

SUMMERFEST ABU DHABI

REDFILO Events conceptualised, produced, managed and operated all Funfair Rides, Skill Games & Extreme Tower Jump for SummerFest Abu Dhabi 2013. This was the fifth year REDFILO produced for this event.

EIDFEST

REDFILO conceptualised, managed and produced the second edition of EidFest with engaging entertainment and gripping theatrical shows to hype up the celebrations for the end of Ramadan. Visitors and residents were invited to free-to-attenddaily shows at Marina Mall and Al Ain Mall from 26th to 29th October 2012, featuring international renowned licenced characters - Strawberry Shortcake and Hamtaro.

SUMMER IN ABU DHABI

In 2012, Summer in Abu Dhabi was conceptualised, constructed, coordinated and operated by REDFILO events for the fourth consecutive year.

REDFILO conceptualised, produced, managed and operated the overall Event Management of World Parachuting Championships 2012 logo launching ceremony.

REDFILO TRAINED ABU DHABIFREESTYLE JET SKI TEAM

The CNIA (Abu Dhabi) jet ski team performed the world’s largest death-defying jet ski show on Abu Dhabi’s prominent coastline, the Corniche. As part of the 40th UAE National Day show, REDFILO proudly formed the world’s first freestyle jet ski team in Abu Dhabi and was responsible for the choreography and training of members from the Critical National Infrastructure Authority (CNIA). Audiences witnessed in awe the dangerous pyrotechnic demonstrations and simply could not believe their eyes!

REDFILO CONDUCTED THE WORLD'SLARGEST JET SKI DISPLAY TEAM

REDFILO is proud to form the world’s first freestyle Jet Ski display team in Abu Dhabi for the Critical National Infrastructure Authority(CNIA). Tasked to conduct the training for five months, the Jet Ski teams made their first inaugural public demonstration during the 40th UAE National Day show together with some of the world’s top Jet Ski champions. This is the world’s largest Jet Ski display team ever performed.

More than just a professional Event Management company, REDFILO specialises in creating impressive large-scale shows and events. The CNIA (Abu Dhabi) Jet Ski team was formed, trained and choreographed by REDFILO with the team performing in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ajman and Fujairah. REDFILO also engaged Jet Ski world champions from Italy, France and USA as instructors to train the team.

IDEX OPENING CEREMONY

In 2011, the 10th edition of IDEX exhibition took place from Sunday 20th to Thursday 24th February at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. IDEX 2011 hosted more than 1,000 exhibitors in the military sector and saw over 60,000 visitors from around the world.

For the second time in a row REDFILO Events was proud to be the official producer of the IDEX opening event for the militaryexhibition. The 40 minute ceremony was the first ever military display staged in a realistic war scenario with interaction of land,sea and air. The IDEX 2011 Opening Ceremony was the most grand since its inception in 1993 and was specially designed for a selected audience of royalty, heads of state and many international VVIP delegations.

SUMMER IN ABU DHABI

In July 2011, REDFILO transformed four ADNEC halls into a fun theme park that consisted of twelve components, featuring 69 different activities, all under one roof on a total of 13,821 square metres of fun and action!

The world’s first Smurf Village, a REDFILO concept that took Abu Dhabi by storm, was a crowd favourite. The other components also included the Telematch, Circus School and our very own Career Village – where kids were able to explore their dream jobs. Kids were also invited to meet their favourite cartoon characters such as Ben 10, Dora The Explorer, Fulla and SpongeBob.

CARTOONIVAL

With famous cartoon characters all across Summer in Abu Dhabi 2011, the main show was set to continue the trend – and REDFILO invited Cartoon Network’s Cartoonival into town! Cartoonival is the first-ever live action, fully scripted, full-scale theatrical production featuring today’s favourite characters – Dexter & Dee Dee,the Powerpuff Girls and many more! Barnaby B. Brightly, the storyteller, thirteen cartoon characters and a full dance crew brought Abu Dhabi Hall to life for ten consecutive days!

The kids loved the interactive musical and enjoyed helping their heroes to defeat the evil Mojo Jojo, who had stolen the key to the Cartoon Carnival. The front row turned into a playground and dance floor during every show, and made Cartoonival a fun, one-of-a-kind experience!

SUMMER IN ABU DHABI

Summer In Abu Dhabi 2010 – the third edition of the six week family festival was significantly expanded to encompass anawesome entertainment lineup taking in eight venues across the UAE capital and Al Ain – the first time the festival reachedout to the Emirate’s Eastern Region heritage heartland and for the second year in a row REDFILO was appointed to organisethe events.

Building on the success of the first two editions, Summer In Abu Dhabi 2010 broke new-ground as it looked to attract moreGCC visitors to the Emirate and deliver greater benefits to its tourism sector. The magnitude of the Summer In Abu Dhabi 2010 was significant and it lasted for 6 weeks (23rd June to 4th August). It involved a total of 110 international Performers, 85 Minders and 24 Event Management staff.

Summer In Abu Dhabi 2010 proved to be as popular as its predecessors, attracting a total of 160,000 guests.

This cross-country motor sport spectacular, organised by the Automobile and Touring Club of the UAE, ran from March 28 to April 1 2010 as the season's opening round of both the FIA Cross Country Rally World Cup and the FIM Cross Country Rallies World Championship.

REDFILO was proudly appointed as the official Event Organiser to conceptualise and manage the Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and Prize Presentation Ceremony which was attended by hundreds of participants, authorities, organisers and guests.

ABU DHABI DESERT CHALLENGE

FANTASY ON ICE

For the second year running, REDFILO collaborated with Steve Wheeler and produced the world premiere of “Fantasy on Ice”, in conjunction with Summer In Abu Dhabi 2010.

The world premiere of the original production “Fantasy on Ice” was a combination of the mystifying world of magic & illusion and the unique artistry of ice skating. “Fantasy on Ice” intrigued and engaged the audience with its light-hearted, comical acts and had children revelling at the chance to participate in a mythical sleigh ride.

Fifteen international skaters and illusion artists came together in a two week headline performance as part of the Summer in Abu Dhabi 2010 festival. This world-class performance also featured a state-of-the-art 400 square metre ice floor flown in from Germany, one that has never been seen before in the United Arab Emirates!

IDEX OPENING CEREMONY

REDFILO was the Event Producer for the main military component for the IDEX 2009 Opening Ceremony.

REDFILO conceptualised and executed a 30 minute tightly choreographed extravaganza which showcased military capabilities and technology. The planning, execution and logistics for the Opening Ceremony was a massive project which saw the construction of a 5,000 m2 obstacle course made out of sand to act as a terrain for tanks and other military vehicles as well as a 96 m long LED screen (the longest moving LED screen).

REDFILO commandeered more than 100 soldiers and 40 personnel from the Police Force in performance formations. In addition to the military hardware, three Block 60 F-16s E/F and three Mirage 2000-9 flew past complete with heliborne rope-down thrills. The National Newspaper described the IDEX 2009 show as “the most grand yet.”

SUMMER IN ABU DHABI

Summer In Abu Dhabi 2009 was the second summer festival held in Abu Dhabi. Summer In Abu Dhabi 2009 lasted for six weeks (from 1st July to 15 August 2009), which took up 8 halls and the atrium at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) utilising almost 21,000 square meters, almost twice the size of Summer In Abu Dhabi 2008. REDFILO managed 170 international performers, 200 minders, 150 event and technical crew – that brought a wide spectrum of entertainment to the Emirates. The festival was divided into 5 major islands; Adventure, Culture and Heritage, Science and Technology, Sports and Entertainment. These islands focused on the aspect of ‘edutainment’.

MAGIC ON ICE

In conjunction with Summer In Abu Dhabi 2009, REDFILO produced the Middle East premiere of “Magic On Ice”. The sixtyminute extravaganza was an original production that combined the elegance and beauty of world-class figure skating with the mystifying world of grand illusion and the unique artistry of the performing arts. The unconventional fusion of skating, magic illusions and arts performance blended into a series of larger than life magical moments. The original sets, costumes, music, intelligent lighting and special effects created a surreal environment upon which the show is set. The production saw 18 international skaters and illusion artistes come together in a two week long “never performed before in the UAE” nightly show at the Zayed Sports City Ice Rink.

AWARDSREDFILO has successfully acclaimed six prestigious awards at the coveted Middle East Event Awards (MEEA), including the prestigious award as 'Employer of the Year', the 'Best Event Design' for Summer In Abu Dhabi 2012 and being ‘HighlyCommended' for organising and managing the ‘Best Festival’.

REDFILO was also previously awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in the category of ‘Best Event Design’ for Summer In Abu Dhabi 2011, ‘Highly Commended ’ in the category of ‘Best Innovative Entertainment ’ for IDEX 2011 Opening Ceremony and ‘Highly Commended’ in the category of ‘Best Arts and Cultural Event’ for Summer In Abu Dhabi 2010.
