ETA grantees currently use the online reporting system
Grantees will login and create reports as they currently do

The Grantee Reporting System has been modified to enable reporting for new Recovery Act subaccounts.
These codes are available in the Grantee Reporting System for completing the reports.
Use the appropriate ETA 9130 reporting form specific to the type of funds awarded.

Make sure that the local fund-recipients get instructions on new reports
