Importance of Unit InventoryAll youth that have

already paid should be listed.

Inactive youth should be called and asked if they will be continuing.

Invite inactive scouts back.

District volunteers call youth who do not re-register. They find many were not active at recharter time or contacted

Prepaid scouts that have not attended a meeting are waiting to hear from pack/troop with where and when they meet.

All new youth & adults must submit an application.

Do not look for membership cards before the end of January

Do Not Pay the calculated amount from Internet, use the calculation sheet

Members already paid will be marked with R12, RB12, and B12. DO NOT REMOVE OR CHANGE THESE CODES
