• Use Calculation sheet for fee calculation found in stapled pages and return with recharter to commissioner.

Importance of Unit InventoryAll youth that have

already paid should be listed.

Inactive youth should be called and asked if they will be continuing.

Invite inactive scouts back.

District volunteers call youth who do not re-register. They find many were not active at recharter time or contacted

Prepaid scouts that have not attended a meeting are waiting to hear from pack/troop with where and when they meet.
