    Administrative Support Provide primary phone and reception area coverage, routing incoming calls and greeting visitors. Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with numerous mailings from the various operational areas. Plan and coordinate in-house meetings and luncheons. Prepare table tents for all volunteer committees Maintain Outlook mailing lists for volunteer committees. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

    General Office Management Primary responsibility for maintenance and support of phone system administration. Responsible for opening/closing office daily Maintain general office equipment (postage machine, phones, copiers, etc.) Coordinate and maintain office supply inventory.

    Manage security access card issuance, replacement, and modifications for United Way staff Manage parking assignments for United Way staff Manage Rex Eno conference center schedule, including updates of daily events

    Required Qualifications

    Education: Required Preferred

    High School Diploma/GED

    Associate Degree (2 year program)

    Bachelors Degree

    Masters Degree
