We can also arrange bespoke training for your organisaon or staff team. 5 Day in-depth PCP Facilitator Training Starng with the 2 day introducon to PCP, followed by 2 day facilitator training and finished off on a follow-up day, this 5 day course will ensure you have the knowledge and the skills to support young people to create their own plan for the future. As part of this course, you will be supported to involve a young person with whom you are working and together start developing their plan. Introducon to PCP Training This 1 day introducon to PCP will give you an understanding of working to a person-centred model. This course will introduce you to some of the tools and techniques that will help you to work with young people in a more person-centred way. Person Centred Planning Training If you work alongside the project, support any of the young people involved or are looking at geng involved we would like to invite you to aend free Person Centred Planning training. We offer two PCP courses.

5 Day in-depth PCP Facilitator Training

Starting with the 2 day introduction to PCP, followed by 2 day facilitator training

and finished off on a follow-up day, this 5 day course will ensure you have the

knowledge and the skills to support young people to create their own plan for the

future. As part of this course, you will be supported to involve a young person with

whom you are working and together start developing their plan.

Introduction to PCP Training

This 1 day introduction to PCP will give you an understanding of working to a

person-centred model. This course will introduce you to some of the tools and
