Kristen Boyd has worked in Employee Benefits for over 16 years. Kristen has held roles in Sales, Account Management, and Human Resources. Prior to joining C2 Solutions, Kristen worked at United HealthCare as a Sr. Sales Training Consultant. In this role, Kristen had a great deal of experience in creating and facilitating both virtual and live trainings and worked strategically with leaders within UHC to shape the direction of Training and Development. As of 2017, Kristen has joined C2 as the Training, Development and Engagement Director. Kristen works with the C2 member firms to create and deliver producer training to provide the producers and account managers skills needed to excel in their markets. This includes in person as well as virtual training. In addition, Kristen works to find ways to increase producer engagement among the firms to build collaboration and to share best practices. Kristen received her B.S. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Colorado State University. She currently lives outside of Denver in Parker, CO with her husband and three children. In her free time Kristen enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors, especially in the mountains. She also enjoys running, yoga, hiking, skiing and playing tennis.

Kaitlyn Beaird joined Holmes Murphy in 2018 as an Employee Benefits Account Manager in the Mid-Market. Kaitlyn is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University. Throughout her 5 years in the insurance industry she has spent most of her time in the ancillary space in both the Atlanta and Dallas markets. Matthew Beebe joined Holmes Murphy in 209 as an Account Executive in our Waukee, Iowa office. Matthew is responsible for the coordination and evaluation of company benefit plans, implementing programs that help clients recruit and retain employees, and helping clients with their financial budgets for employee benefits.

Prior to joining Holmes Murphy, Matthew worked at Principal Financial and Wells Fargo in the accounting and actuarial investment areas.

Matthew went to Wartburg College where he majored in Accounting and Finance and minored in Leadership. He is licensed in Health and Life and was a recipient of the 2018 Silver Cord Volunteer Award where he volunteered more than 100 hours in 2018. Outside of work, Matthew volunteers with FCA and Adaptive Sports Iowa and enjoys traveling.

Hannah Smith joined Holmes Murphy in 2018. As an Account Manager, Hannah is responsible for collaborating with the account team to maintain and manage positive working relationships with our clients. Hannah is responsible for gathering claims information, drafting RFPs, creating and preparing presentations, and managing other special projects.

Prior to joining Holmes Murphy, Hannah worked for a different broker and primarily focused on providing support to Sales and Account Management teams on marketing, sales, and other areas.

Hannah graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science.

Kathy Gerhart joined Kistler Tiffany Benefits in 2014 and has held several roles since joining our firm, including Executive Administrative Assistant where she supported Benefits Consultants and the President/CEO. In 2018, Kathy relocated to New Jersey and began working as an Associate Account Executive in our Mt Laurel, NJ office supporting clients for all of the Benefits Consultants in that office.

Prior to joining Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Kathy worked in the stormwater management and pharmaceutical/clinical trial fields as an environmental analyst and project specialist respectively. She graduated from Washington College with a BA in Environmental Studies and was an integral member of the women’s varsity swim team.

Kathy lives in Medford, NJ with her fiancé and cat. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, attending concerts, and has a soft spot for reality TV.

Andrew Harvey

Originally from England, Andrew relocated to Pennsylvania and joined Kistler Tiffany Benefits as an administrator in 2018. Since joining the company, he has had the privilege of working with several talented colleagues and learning about the many aspects of the insurance industry. He recently acquired his health and life insurance licenses. He hopes to continue to grow in his role and explore any budding opportunities that should arise.

Before beginning his life in the U.S., Andrew earned a master’s degree from the University of London and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Lincoln. He went on to hold various positions in the U.K. including an administrative role at a small business.

Andrew lives in Downingtown, PA with his wife, newborn baby, and cat.

Alfredo Ortiz joined Kistler Tiffany Benefits in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative in our Client Services Department. Alfredo has his license in Life, Accident and Health, and is fluent in written and spoken Spanish, which is a tremendous asset for our clients who have Spanish-speaking employees. Alfredo frequently receives high praise from our clients and is an integral part of our customer service team.

Prior to joining Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Alfredo earned his BS in Business Management from West Chester University. He also worked as a Benefits Services Representative for a local health insurance broker, The Elite Group.

Alfredo lives in Kennett Square with his fiancé and two children. In his spare time, Alfredo enjoys traveling and doing outdoor activities with his children. He is also a landscape photography enthusiast.

Jaime has been with Kistler Tiffany Benefits for almost 5 years as a Customer Services Representative in our Client Services Department. She frequently receives kudos from the clients she serves. Prior to joining Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Jaime worked as a Customer Relations Specialist for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama for 5 years. Before working in the employee benefits industry, Jaime has held various roles, some of which include being an Assistant Manager at a pet store and a Travel Consultant/Agent for both a travel wholesale distributor and a travel agency. Jaime attended SUNY Oswego.

Jaime lives in Royersford with her husband, 2 boys, 2 cats and a dog. In her spare time, Jaime enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her boys.

Brianne Gauder

M3- Director of Client Services—Employee Benefits

Brianne Gauder is the director of client services, employee benefits at M3 Insurance. Working from the Madison office, she provides internal leadership of the areas of employee benefits Client Services, Administration, and Carrier Relations. She is primarily responsible for the strategic oversight and for the development and supervision of M3's client service representatives who specialize in employee benefits.

Education/Experience Brianne earned a Bachelor of Arts in corporate communications from Northern Illinois University. Prior to M3, Brianne worked for Target Corporation in a variety of roles including store leadership, talent acquisition, campus recruiting, and property management. She joined the M3 team in June of 2015 as a client services manager for employee benefits. She served in that role until she was promoted to her current role in April 2018.

Accreditations Brianne is a licensed life and health agent in the state of Wisconsin.

Alisa Kekula is an account manager in the Madison office of M3 Insurance. Specializing in employee benefits, Alisa’s primary role is to support the agency’s efforts to build and maintain positive client relationships. Alisa also assists with policy changes and resolving questions about claims, billing and compliance issues. Education/Experience Alisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in corporate communications with a minor in marketing from Marquette University. Michael serves as a Consultant at McGohan Brabender and joined McGohan Brabender in 2018. Michael is responsible for new account development and providing consulting to existing clients. Michael’s goal is partner with employers to achieve the most cost-efficient strategy and add value to their benefits package. Michael’s responsibilities include evaluation, analysis, and strategic development of a client’s comprehensive benefit package. Before McGohan Brabender, Michael worked as a Senior Sales Operations Manager at Paycor and Variable Compensation Manager and Sr. Financial Analyst at LexisNexis. Michael graduated from Heidelberg University with a bachelor’s of Business Administration and Computer Information Systems in 2004.

I was previously the Director of Human Resources for a collection of senior living communities. Prior to that, I was the Chief Administrative Officer for a non-profit mental health agency. My previous roles included responsibilities in all areas of HR, including Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Accounting/Finance. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Ohio University. I live in Mason, Ohio with my husband, our two boys (ages 10 and 5), and our Goldendoodle puppy.

She then transitioned into a cost account role measuring their financial performance. Kassi graduated from Converse College with a Bachelor of Science in economics and from Clemson University with a Master of Business Administration. Alli is a Group Benefits Disability Specialist and Licensed Life and Health Producer in Oregon and Washington. Dedicated to prompt responsiveness and building a strong client to broker relationship.
