2. 2 3. **Note number on bottom right corner. This will be used to judge where the applications came from and evaulte the effectiveness of the print promotion and its location. 3 4. Posters/Ads These are designed to get people interested in RCC and want to find more information. Will use logo and camp pictures to illustrate how fun the camp is. These are three designs but more can be made. Other design ideas include poster about employee discount (county discount), and when the camp begins. Posters or even brochures can be attacked to employee paychecks like the shows in the arena. 4 5. Campaign poster 1 This campaign is to ask kids what they are doing this summer and give them a short explanation to Sports Academy. Logo at the bottom is included. The main point of this poster is to build awareness and for kids to identify the hawk logo with RCC summer camps 5 6. Campaign Poster 2 This is to get kids to question what they like about sports. Without explanation this shows what sports the camp has. This ad is targeting athletes that play various sports Logo and website located at bottom of poster 6 7. Campaign Poster 3 Promotes Kids College and Sports Academy. Will use pictures from the camp to illustrate how fun other kids have had at the camp. Will show both camps and will also show facilities. The pictures for sports academy is have enough girls shown to show that there is plenty of giirls 7 8. Brochure/Poster Placement Kids Primary Secondary Parents Primary Secondary 8 9. Secondary Location Kids Pizza Places Chinese places Sport Equipment stores Mall, Libraries, Movies Parents Grocery Stores Restaurants Local Corner Stores Gas Stations, Fast Food 10 11. Newsletter We think that RCC Summer Camps should have a bi-annual newsletter to be sent at the end of the first session and the end of the second session. Ability to sign up for newsletter will be online and on the print application The newsletters will highlight the best stuff at the camp, give kids the ability to share their skills and work, and give parents reassurance that the camp was a great choice. Can be print, online, or both 11 12. **Note that the text is not real so it looks worse then it would if someone wrote out the whole thing! 12 13. 13 14. Newsletter 2 Professional looking and visually appealing. Will have main things on front page will continuations of the story on other pages 14 15. Newsletter 3 Different design that will be more visual with less text. Easier to manage and easier to read with more white space. 15 16. Direct Mail These pieces are going to be sent directly to the house of each kid. Like the emails these will be personalized and will tell parents and kids what new things we have done and just refresh memories in their minds. Will include pamphlets also with application so that parents can sign up again. We are working on design but someone would need to be in charge of creating content and mailing. 16 17. Interactive/Digital Website Social Media Email 17 18. Email Advertising Send emails to previous campers telling them about camp about to start. (Send to parents) Emails will look professional!! We took all the emails and put them into an excel sheet for east access and the ability to send personalized emails. This will be more appealing to parents and really shows that we care about them. We are creating mock images of what the emails will look like. When done we will include in PowerPoint. 18 19. Social Media Facebook and Twitter need to be updated ONCE A DAY! Posts should entice conversation and share content. All print ads and brochures need to guide people to social media sites. NEED TO TAKE PICTURES/VIDEOS DURING CAMP, PERMISSION ON APPLICATION!! 19 20. WEBSITE Still working on design. Will be fluid and modern. Will include flash, pictures, videos and content not found on brochures. Everything from posters, brochures, to emails will get people to the website. This site will become a hub for anyone interesting in the camp! One site to promote both camps! Simple domain www.RCCsummercamps.com 20 21. Online Advertising Google ad words We need to rank high on organic search and paid search Paid search will need an initial investment (how much can be changed at any time) We pay per click! So that means we would pay 25 cents for every click on a paid advertisement on Google Organic searches are free 21 22. Implementation Someone should be in charge of distributing posters and brochures to primary and secondary locations. Need to create a relationship with businesses, school and other places to ensure long term placement. Needs to be done months before the camps starts. Also need to take into consideration what other camps do. 22 23. Evaluation Will use code on camp application to evaluate how effective our print promotion placements are. The application online will have its own so we know how many people downloaded it. It is much easier to judge effectiveness online so we should measure social media comments, likes, and uploads. We can also measure online traffic through our website and Google ad words. 23 24.
