"The best way to predict the future is to create it..."

Peter Drucker

President's Touch

"India may have to go to the world for technology, but the world will have to come to India for values".

Darwin's rule of the survival of the fittest stands highlighted in todays competitive business environment. Management education has been conventionally aimed at producing the 'fittest' managers who would excel in professional life. Amidst the over focused goals of producing professional front runners, the importance of basic human values is often overlooked, if not forgotten. As a proud torch bearer of classical eastern values, Rashtriya Shikshan Mandal looks at management education not only as a means of producing professionally competent managers, but also citizens with high human values.

The global economy has opened numerous opportunities to the management graduates. These opportunities, however, have come with a lot of challenges. This changing business scenario calls for management graduates with high professional and human capabilities. We aim to inculcate both these values in the young minds of the aspiring managers.

I wish all of you a great time ahead at CDGIMS.

Dr. Vijay DoiphodePresident

“CDGIMS is committed to offer excellent quality management education through highly qualified and experienced faculties, state of the art infrastructure and administration of the right blend of academic industrial needs ”

“While all this is being done, CDGIMS is also committed to rekindle the basic human values in the minds of the young Indians to conserve India's identity in the fast amalgamating world”

Mission

“Inculcating good corporate citizenship through world class management values “Vision

From Director's Desk

The objective of every institution should be focused on the students who are important resources of this country. Youth needs to be developed and transformed to face the challenges of tomorrow successfully. The subject matter that we teach in class is one of the aspects in grooming them, but the other aspects of developing the younger generation is a major challenge.

At CDGIMS we are not only keen to brighten their personality so as to make them employable but to develop students in generating employment for this economy apart from academic excellence. We develop important fundamental values among generation like honesty, trustworthiness, fairness in their behavior and good moral character, who can make us proud.

Dr. Atul KapdiDirector, Academics

Director, Academics Message

Greetings,

We take efforts to bring out the hidden potentials, of each and every management student. We also develop their KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) as well as attitudes to make them corporate managers and the future entrepreneurs' who can generate employment to the job seekers.

We at CDGIMS have been in the forefront imparting high quality management education, training, consulting and research activities thereby developing future managers' who can command better employment openings.

We have our strong team of well qualified, experienced teachers, rich academic and physical infrastructure to support academic activities. This prospectus epitomizes the spirit of onward march and quest for excellence for which CDGIMS stands.

We at CDGIMS strive to inculcate managerial skills and high standards of human values among our students. We believe that employability should not be the sole objective of Management education. Managers of today should be capable of bringing in not only economic but also social reforms in the country.
