Rantai makanan adalah peristiwa makan dan dimakan dengan urutan dan arah tertentu.

Pada peristiwa tersebut terjadi perpindahan energi dari produsen ke konsumen, dan

selanjutnya ke pengurai. Konsumen tingkat pertama juga disebut konsumen primer, dan

konsumen tingkat ketiga disebut konsumen tersier. Tingkatan-tingkatan ini disebut trofik.

Konsumen puncak merupakan konsume terakhir dan bila mati akan diuraikan olehdekomposer.

more varied diet which includes insects, snails, crawfsh, green algae, a!uatic

Channel catfsh primarily detect ood with their sense o taste. "aste buds are
