MENSAGEM ACPMESSAGE ACPÉ com enorme prazer que dou as boas vindas à 49ª edição do Vodafone Rally de Portugal.Este ano, o rally tem um sabor especial pelo regresso ao Norte de Portugal, palco mítico do automobilismo nacio-nal. Esperamos mais público, mais paixão e uma emoção permanente ao longo dos quatro dias da prova.Com partida em Guimarães, cidade fundadora de Portugal, a base do Rally estará sediada em Matosinhos.A expetativa sobre a novidade e a realização de um dos melhores ralis do mundo é muita, bem como a necessi-dade de que todos cumpram escrupu-losamente as medidas de segurança de forma a termos um grande espetáculo.A prova obteve em 2014 um novo recor-de de retorno económico para Portugal e para as regiões diretamente envol-vidas, reforçando a elevada adesão de concorrentes e espetadores, que coloca o Vodafone Rally de Portugal entre as provas mais participadas do Mundial.Este ano, face ao corte do apoio do Ministério da Economia (através do Tu-rismo de Portugal) à prova, quero enal-tecer o papel fundamental do Turismo do Porto e Norte na concretização deste grande projeto como polo dinamizador de toda a região, em particular, e do País em geral. Para o sucesso da prova tem sido im-prescindível o apoio dos nossos patroci-nadores Vodafone, BP e ACP Mediação de Seguros. It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Vodafone Rally de Portugal 49th edition.This year the Rally has a special flavour with the return to the north of Portugal, a mythical scenery for national motorsports. We are expecting larger crowds, more passion and constant thrills throughout the four days of the event.With the ceremonial start in Guimarães, Portugal’s founding city, the Rally HQ will be in Matosinhos.Expectations over the novelty and the organisation of one of the world’s best rallies is high, as well as the necessity for everyone to strictly comply with safety measures in order to have a great show.In 2014, the Rally managed a new record-breaking economic revenue for Portugal and for the regions directly involved, strengthening the great presence of participants and spectators, therefore placing the Vodafone Rally de Portugal amongst the most participated events on the WRC.This year, and following the lack of support from the Ministry of Economy (through the Portuguese Tourism Board) to the event, I wish to underline the fundamental roll played by the Porto and North Tourism Board in contributing to making this great project possible acting as a driving force for the all region, in particular, and for the country in general.The support of our sponsors has been essential for the success of the event – Vodafone, BP and ACP Mediação de Seguros.I also wish to thank the municipalities of Amarante, Baião, Caminha, Fafe, Guimarães, Lousada, Matosinhos, Mondim de Basto, Paredes, Ponte de Lima, Valongo, Viana do Castelo and Vieira do Minho, whose support and contribution have allowed us to organise this successful event. Com dois cepCom dois ceptros Mundiais de Pilotos e Equipas e um total de 25 vitórias nos 39 ralis em que participou desde o regresso ao Campeonato do Mundo de Ralis no início de 2013, a Volkswagen tem sido claramente a marca a bater e não há nada que faça pensar que a situação seja diferente no Vodafone Rally de Portugal de 2015. Isto apesar do desastre que foi a visita à Argentina, com o construtor cedo a ficar debilitado na luta pela vitória e a acabar mesmo por nem sequer ver um dos seus pilotos terminar nos 15 primeiros; Ogier foi 17º depois de um segundo dia para esquecer, enquanto Latvala desistiu no último dia, o mesmo se passando com Mikkelsen, que já tinha perdido muito tempo na segunda etapa.Agora a formação de Wolfsburgo vai encontrar pela frente um Vodafone Rally de Portugal totalmente novo, mas isso é também verdade para os rivais. Contudo, a marca germânica já deu muitas provas de estar à altura de todos os desafios que lhe são apresentados,

O francês não só se estreou a vencer para o Mundial em Portugal (2010), como é neste momento o único com a possibilidade de igualar as cinco vitórias de Markku Alen na prova, um recorde que remonta já a 1987; e nada melhor que mais um triunfo para responder aos rivais.Outro forte argumento a favor da Volkswagen são os seus outros dois pilotos. Jari-Matti Latvala não é tão consistente e regular como Ogier, mas é sempre um nome a ter em linha de conta, enquanto o jovem Andreas Mikkelsen progrediu muito nos últimos dois anos e esta temporada já “ameaçou” a vitória na neve sueca.Em termos de oposição, Hyundai e Citroën parecem ser as rivais mais fortes. A marca gaulesa não teve o que se pode considerar um bom início de temporada, mas o duplo pódio de Kris Meeke e Mads Østberg na Argentina trouxe a formação de novo à luta, ocupando agora o segundo posto no Campeonato, em igualdade pontual

com a Hyundai, que regressou ao Mundial no ano passado com notas muito positivas.Dani Sordo deu as duas primeiras vitórias em especiais à equipa germânica de Alzenau em Portugal, e assumiu a liderança da prova, e, depois, Thierry Neuville conquistou a primeira vitória absoluta na Alemanha. Este ano a ameaça parece ser ainda maior, com o belga a ter estado perto do triunfo na Suécia, mas na última prova a equipa viu-se arredada do pódio.Segue-se a M-Sport. Este ano a contar com os serviços de Elfyn Evans e do jovem estónio Ott Tänak, a equipa ocupa o quarto posto na tabela, se bem que a juventude e pouca regularidade de resultados dos seus pilotos pode jogar contra.Hayden Paddon (Hyundai), Khalid Al-Qassimi (Citroën), Martin Prokop (Ford), Henning Solberg (Ford), Lorenzo Bertelli (Ford) e Robert Kubica (Ford) também serão nomes a ter em linha de conta, principalmente o polaco, caso consiga levar a bom porto a sua velocidade.

“ALL AGAINST VOLKSWAGEN”

With two Driver’s World Championships and a total of 25 wins in 30 rallies since the return to the World Rally Championship in early 2013, Volkswagen has clearly been the make to beat and there is no sign that this will be any different in the 2015 Vodafone Rally de Portugal. However, the visit to Argentina was a nightmare, with the manufacturer getting out of the fight for the victory on the early stages of the rally and ending up with no drivers within the top 15; Ogier was 17th after problems on the second day, while Latvala withdrew on the last day, just like Mikkelsen, who had already lost a lot of time on the second leg of the event.Now the Wolfsburg team will be facing a brand new version of the Vodafone Rally de Portugal, but this is also true for its rivals. However, the German brand has proven time and time again that it is more than capable of living up to all the challenges thrown at them, and the same goes for the double

World Champion, Sébastien Ogier. The Frenchman has not only achieved his first WRC win in Portugal (2010), as is currently the only one able to match the five wins of Markku Alen in the competition, a record dating back to 1987; and there’s nothing better than a victory to answer his rivals. Another strong argument in favour of Volkswagen is the other two drivers. Jari-Matti Latvala is not as consistent as Ogier, but he is always a name to be taken into account, while the young Andreas Mikkelsen has improved a lot over the last two years. This season he was already very close to victory in the Swedish snow.As far as the opposition goes, Hyundai and Citroën seem to be the strongest rivals. One can’t say the French make has had a good start to the season, but Kris Meeke’s and Mads Østberg’s double podium in Argentina brought the team back into competition. Citroën is now second tied with Hyundai, which

has returned to the WRC last year featuring very positive scores.Dani Sordo gave the Alzenau team the first two stage wins in Portugal, having even reached the lead of the event. On the other hand, Thierry Neuville ensured the first rally victory in Germany. This year the threat may be even greater: the Belgian was very near winning in Sweden, although in Argentina both drivers failed the top 3.Following on the list is M-Sport. With Elfyn Evans and the young Estonian Ott Tanak at the wheel this year, the team is fourth on the Championship, although the youth and lack of consistent results of its drivers might play against them.Hayden Paddon (Hyundai), Khalid Al-Qassimi (Citroën), Martin Prokop (Ford) Henning Solberg (Ford), Lorenzo Bertelli (Ford) and Robert Kubica (Ford) will also be names to be taken into account. This applies mainly to the Polish, provided he is able to convert his speed into a good result.

WRC 2LIGA DE HONRA/HONOUR LEAGUE

Criada em 2013, na altura agrupando as Categorias SWRC e PWRC, a WRC2 é o degrau que antecede a categoria máxima do Campeonato do Mundo de Ralis.Composta por carros de quatro rodas motrizes, a Categoria WRC2 conta com alguns modelos muito semelhantes aos WRC. Assim, podemos encontrar os Ford Fiesta R5, Citroën DS3 RRC, Ford Fiesta RRC, Peugeot 208 T16 R5, entre outros.Em termos de motores predominam os 1.600cc Turbo, todos eles com restritores em função do tipo de carro. Os RRC, com restritor de 30 mm, os R5, com caixa de cinco velocidades e restritor de 32 mm, e os R4, com transmissões iguais aos WRC e restritor de 31 mm, se bem que estes são apenas admitidos nas provas fora da Europa. A Categoria admite ainda os S2000.Esta categoria chega a Portugal com quarto vencedores distintos nas quarto provas já realizadas. Em Monte Carlo foi o francês Stéphane Lefebvre a levar a melhor, enquanto na Suécia foi o finlandês Jari Ketomaa a vencer. Nos pisos de terra do México foi o piloto do Qatar Nasser Al-Altiyah a subir ao lugar mais alto do pódio. Por falar em Qatar, na Argentina foi outro piloto deste país a vencer, no caso, Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari. Nas contas gerais, Ketomaa é lider, ele que foi terceiro na última prova antes de Portugal.

by SWRC and PWRC, the WRC2 is final step before the World Rally Championship blue ribbon class.Exclusively for four wheel drive cars, the WRC2 is made up of cars very similar to the WRC cars, like the Ford Fiesta R5, Citroën DS3 RRC, Ford Fiesta RRC, but also the Peugeot 208 T16 R5, among others.As far as engines are concerned, the 1600cc turbocharged are predominant, but all limited with restrictors according to the type of car. The RRC, with a 30 mm restrictor, the R5, with a five speed gearbox and a 32 mm restrictor, and the R4, with the same transmission as the WRC and a 31 mm restrictor. However, the latter is only admissible in non-European rallies. The category also allows the participation of S2000 cars.This WRC2 gets to Portugal with four different winners in as many events. In Monte Carlo the winner was the French Stéphane Lefebvre, while in Sweden the highest of the rostrum went to the Fin Jari Ketomaa. Meanwhile, on Mexican high altitude gravel roads the winner was Qatari Nasser Al-Altiyah, with his countryman Adbulaziz Al-Kuwari finishing first in Argentina. In terms of Championship standings, Ketomaa arrives in Portugal as the leader, after having been third in Argentina.

WRC 3PEQUENOS MAS AGUERRIDOS/SMALL BUT FIERCE

A WRC 3 é reservada aos carros de apenas duas rodas motrizes, normalmente com tração dianteira. Também surgiu em 2013 e agrupa carros equivalentes aos Super 1600. Aqui podemos encontrar Citroën DS3 R3T, Renault Clio R3 ou Honda Civic R3. As motorizações podem ser 1600 cc com Turbo ou 2000 cc atmosféricos. Mas também é possível encontrar os mais pequenos R2, ou os mais antigos S1600 e Grupo A de duas rodas motrizes.Em termos desportivos, o norueguês Ole Christian Veiby chega a Portugal na frente da classificação, depois de uma vitória na Suécia, onde foi o único classificado, e um terceiro lugar em Monte Carlo. O francês Quentin Gilbert venceu a primeira prova do ano, sendo o segundo classificado da geral, à frente do alemão Christian Riedemann. México e Argentina não tiveram participantes elegíveis para este campeonato.

The WRC3 is exclusively comprised of two wheel drive cars, usually with front drive. Also dating back to 2013, the class is comprised of cars equivalent to the Super 16000. This is where one can find the Citroën DS3 R3T, the Renault Clio R3 or the Honda Civic R3. The power plants allowed are the 1600cc turbocharged and the 2000cc naturally aspirated engines. The smaller R2 cars, or the older S1600 and Group A are also allowed in this class.Sportswise, the Norge Ole Christian Veiby arrives in Portugal as the leader of the Championship after a win in

After no eligible drivers taking part in Mexico and Argentina, the fight will be back in the Vodafone Rally de Portugal.

JÚNIOR WRCVEZ DOS MAIS JOVENS/TIME FOR THE YOUNGEST

Pode-se afirmar que a Júnior WRC é a porta de entrada na competição mundial, acolhendo apenas pilotos até aos 28 anos de idade. A viatura utilizada é única: o Citroën DS3 R3 Max; o que permite a estes concorrentes também somarem pontos para o WRC 3. Em 2014 a competição começou precisamente no Vodafone Rally de Portugal, mas este ano já teve início no Rally de Monte Carlo, seguindo-se a jornada portuguesa. Nos sempre exigentes pisos do principado, o francês Quentin Gilbert fez valer a sua posição de favorito e venceu com 2m23,7s de vantagem sobre o alemão Christian Riedemann. O norueguês Ole Christian Veiby, estreante na competição, ficou com o degrau mais baixo do pódio.

The Junior WRC is considered the doorway to the world stage of rallying and is open only to drivers up to 28 years of age. All competitors have the same car, the Citroën DS3 R3 Max. Therefore, drivers also take points for the WRC3. In 2014 the competition started at the Vodafone Rally de Portugal, but this season the first round has already taken

place in Monte Carlo, and Portugal is now the second round. Quentin Gilbert was the favorite for the difficult Monte stages, and the French didn’t disappoint, taking the win with a 2m23,7s margin over the German Christian Riedemann. The Norge Ole Christian Veiby, a rookie on the competition, took the last step of the rostrum.

O Vodafone Rally de Portugal é a quinta prova do Campeonato do Mundo de Ralis e Sébastien Ogier, detentor do título mundial, chega ao Norte do País na frente da classificação com 84 pontos. O piloto francês da Volkswagen tem dominado a competição com três vitórias em quatro possíveis. Na Argentina,

abandonou logo no primeiro dia mas regressou para somar os três pontos extra atribuídos ao mais rápido na Power Stage.

Atrás de si seguem dois noruegueses. Mads Østberg, da Citroën, é segundo, com 51 pontos, enquanto Andreas Mikkelsen, que corre com um Volkswagen, está no último lugar do pódio, com 47 pontos.

O campeonato começou em Janeiro com o tradicional Rali de Monte Carlo. Nas traiçoeiras estradas dos Alpes Marítimos franceses, o campeão do Mundo foi o mais forte à frente do seu companheiro de equipa, Jari-Matti Latvala, que foi segundo, e de Andreas Mikkelsen, terceiro, naquele que foi um pódio ocupado apenas por Volkswagen.

Em Fevereiro, a caravana do WRC rumou ao Norte da Europa para o único rali de Inverno da temporada, o Rali da Suécia. Mais uma vez, Ogier foi o melhor. O francês terminou à frente de Thierry Neuville, que deu o primeiro pódio à Hyundai em 2015, e de Andreas Mikkelsen, que repetiu o resultado da ronda inaugural.

A terceira prova da época levou as equipas a cruzar o Atlântico para discutirem os melhores lugares nos exigentes troços do México. Sem problemas, Ogier chamou a si o primeiro lugar, enquanto Mads Ostberg ficou em segundo e levou a Citroën, de novo, a posições entre os melhores. Pela terceira vez consecutiva, Mikkelsen concluiu um rali no terceiro lugar absoluto.

Antes de voltarem à Europa para a competirem no Vodafone Rally de Portugal, as equipas rumaram à América do Sul, para o Rali da Argentina. Pela primeira vez na temporada, Ogier não ganhou. Nem a Volkswagen colocou qualquer carro entre os dez primeiros. Algo quase impensável perante o domínio da marca. Quem melhor aproveitou foi a Citroën. O construtor francês viu Kris Meeke conquistar a sua primeira vitória no WRC. Ostberg repetiu o segundo posto do México e ascendeu a igual posição no campeonato. Por fim, destaque para o terceiro lugar de Elfyn Evans que, com um Ford Fiesta da M-Sport alcançou o primeiro pódio da sua carreira no Mundial de ralis.

The Vodafone Rally de Portugal is the fifth round of the 2015 WRC and the World Champion Sébastien Ogier arrives to the North of the Country leading the championship with an 84-point advantage. The French driver has dominated the competition with three wins in four events. However, in Argentina he withdrew

on the first day only to return in Rally 2 and get the extra

three points assigned to the Power Stage win.

Following the VW driver are two

Norwegians. Citroën’s

Mads Østberg is second (51 points),

with Volkswagen’s Andreas Mikkelsen in third,

four points adrift.

The Championship started in January with the traditional Monte Carlo

Rally. The World Champion was the strongest on the treacherous Maritime Alps roads, beating his teammate Jari-Matti Latvala and Andreas Mikkelsen on a rostrum dominated by VW.

Came February, the WRC went to the North of Europe for the only true Minter rally of the season, the Rally Sweden. Once again, Ogier took the first place, ahead of Thierry Neuville in what was Hyundai’s first podium of the season, while Mikkelsen was third again.

The third round of the season took teams and drivers across the Atlantic to face the Mexican stages. Ogier got his third consecutive victory, this time with Østberg taking Citroën once again to the podium, and with Mikkelsen making his third appearance on the lowest of the rostrum.

Before the return to Europe, to take part on the Vodafone Rally de Portugal, it was time for the Argentina Rally. For the first time this season, Ogier failed to win. In fact, Volkswagen didn’t even manage a presence within the top 15. This comes up as something almost unthinkable, taking into account the dominance of the constructor. Citroën took the best advantage of this, with Kris Meeke taking his first WRC win. Østberg repeated his Mexican second spot, while Elfyn Evans got his first WRC podium with the third place at the wheel of M-Sport’s Ford Fiesta RS WRC.

This year, with the return to the north of the country, the organisation has implemented 33 Spectator Areas (ZE) throughout the Vodafone Rally de Portugal nine stages and the Shakedown, so that you can feel all the emotions of rallying in large areas live. They have been properly set up for the public, always bearing in mind your safety. It should be noted that the 49th edition of the Rally has several long ZEs. That is the case of the Viana do Castelo and Fafe Special Stages, offering ZEs of more than 1.2 km each, while the Baião Stage features a ZE with an extension of almost 700 m.

These Spectator Areas of the Vodafone Rally de Portugal are previously announced, by means of a road book showing all the available accesses (which can be downloaded through Short Link or QR Code), duly documented by short written descriptions. Maps will also be available, as well as specific signage clearly placed on the terrain.

This year the organisation has further made the decision of signalling and identifying the areas assigned to spectators within the several ZEs by using the GREEN colour and specific signage. It is exclusively from these areas that you will be allowed to watch the stars of the WRC in action at the Vodafone Rally de Portugal. All other areas are strictly NO SPECTATOR areas!

At the same time, we also provide you with a rating of the quality of the road accesses, visibility and spectacularity of each ZE, so that you have all the necessary elements/information to choose where you will be watching/you want to watch the 2015 Vodafone Rally de Portugal.

Bem-vindo ao Shakedown do Vodafone Rally de Portugal 2015, disputa-do na região de Baltar, concelho de Paredes!O Shakedown integra 3 zonas espectáculo, designadas por ZE01 a ZE03, que conjugam facilidade de acesso, extensão e espectacularidade.A mais interessante destas zonas (ZE03) localiza-se no interior das ins-talações do circuito de Baltar e permite ver a evolução dos concorrentes ao longo dos últimos 800 metros da classificativa, numa longa sequên-cia de curvas e derrapagens controladas.As duas zonas anteriores surgem pouco antes da entrada na zona do kartódromo e, embora significativamente menos extensas, são também espectaculares.

Welcome to the Shakedown of the 2015 Vodafone Rally de Portugal, a stage to be held on the Baltar area, in the Municipality of Paredes!The Shakedown offers 3 Spectator Areas (ZE) named ZE01 through ZE03. All of them combine good accesses, length and spectacularity.The most interesting of these areas (ZE03) is located inside the Baltar Go-Karting track and offers a broad view over the last 800 m of the sta-ge, in which drivers will have to manage several turns and drifts.The two other ZEs are placed not far from the Go-Karting circuit entran-ce and, although much shorter, are also quite spectacular.

No caso da ZE08, a visão da evo-lução dos carros prolonga-se por várias centenas de metros após a sua passagem pela ZE.Três destas zonas espectáculo (ZE06, ZE07 e ZE09) têm acessos integralmente em asfalto.

Welcome to one of the most traditional stages of the Vodafone Rally de Portugal, this year introducing slight differences to what was usual in the past!The Ponte de Lima stage offers 5 Spectator Areas (ZE) named ZE05 through ZE09.These areas have in common the fact of being quite large, with lengths from 150 to 340 meters, therefo-re offering different perspectives of the Rally. Duas destas zonas espectáculo (ZE10 e ZE12) têm aces-sos integralmente em asfalto.Na ZE12 e na ZE13, o público pode apreciar a evolução dos carros como se estivesse em anfiteatro.

O trânsito estará fortemente condicionado durante as duas passagens dos concorrentes no percurso entre o final do troço e a EN13, incluindo a travessia de Caminha.

Bem-vindo a uma das mais tradicionais classificativas do Rally de Portugal, agora reeditada numa versão inédita!Na classificativa de Viana do Castelo, o público dispõe de 2 zonas espectáculo, designadas por ZE14 e ZE15.Para além de paisagens de grande beleza e vários locais onde o espectáculo está absolutamente garantido, estas duas zonas oferecem aos espectadores 1700 metros de extensão ao longo da pista, permitindo uma vasta escolha de situações de corrida em função do gosto de cada um.A Câmara Municipal de Viana do Castelo construiu na parte final da ZE14 (acesso a partir da EN13), a mais longa das duas zonas, um salto que constitui uma pro-messa de imagens espectaculares.Por seu turno, a ZE15 (acesso por Santa Luzia) é rodea-da por penhascos graníticos e permite seguir os carros durante mais de 400 metros de uma pista sinuosa e com excelente piso.

Welcome to one of the most traditional stages of the Vo-dafone Rally de Portugal, this year re-edited in a totally new version!The Viana do Castelo stage offers 2 Spectators Areas (ZE) named ZE14 and ZE15.Adding to the magnificent views and several places in which the show is totally guaranteed, these two ZEs have a total combined length of 1.700 meters along the stage, offering vast options to watch drivers in action.The Municipality of Viana do Castelo has built a jump at the end of ZE14 (access from EN13), the longest of the two ZEs. This promises to be an excellent place for great photos.On the other hand, ZE15 (access by Santa Luzia) is su-rrounded by granitic cliffs, with spectators being able to follow drivers in action throughout 400 meters on fluid track with excellent surface.

TRAFFIC CONSTRAINSAccess to any of these stages’ ZEs will only be allowed from 6:00 am on Friday, May 22nd.Just like in all other stages of the 2015 Vodafone Rally de Portugal, spectators access will not be allowed from the start or the end of the stage.Access to the start of the stage will be blocked to non-accre-dited vehicles from the exit of N305.Spectators are not supposed to be on the first 9.84 km from the start of the Viana do Castelo stage and ZE14.Also for safety reasons, presence of spectators between km 12.49 (end of ZE15) and the end of the stage will be severely restricted.The gravel access between ZE14 and ZE15 will be closed to traffic; circulation between both ZEs will only be possible on foot. Bem-vindo a esta classificativa inédita do Vodafone Rally de Portugal 2015!Num cenário de extraordinária beleza, este troço inte-gra 3 zonas espectáculo, designadas por ZE19 a ZE21.A primeira destas zonas (ZE19), com uma extensão de aproximadamente 400 metros e acesso a partir da EN15, oferece uma panorâmica da prova ao longo de cerca de 2 quilómetros.Com acesso a partir da EN101, a ZE20 tem uma ex-tensão de 450 metros e decorre numa zona a descer, muito sinuosa e escorregadia, que oferece aos espec-tadores várias perspectivas do percurso.Finalmente, a ZE21 tem acesso a partir da EN15 e, em-bora seja a menos extensa das três (110 metros), está localizada numa estrada florestal clássica e integra uma passagem muito técnica num cruzamento. O aceso a qualquer destas zonas inclui uma secção em terra de bom piso.

Welcome to a brand new stage of the Vodafone Rally de Portugal!On a scenery of magnificent beauty, this stage offers 3 Spectator Areas (ZE), named ZE19 through ZE21.The first of these ZEs (ZE 19), with a length of 400m and access from EN15, offers a panoramic view over approximately 2 km.The ZE20 is 450 m long, offering spectators varied perspectives of the fluid and slippery downhill section of the stage. Access to ZE20 is made from EN101.Although this is the shortest of the stage (110 m), ZE21 is located on a classic forest road with a very technical passage through a crossroad. Access to ZE21 is made from EN15.Access to any of these ZEs includes a gravel section with good surface.

Bem-vindo à mais longa classificativa do Vodafone Rally de Portugal 2015, uma nova versão de um troço tradi-cional da prova!O troço do Fridão integra 3 zonas espectáculo, desig-nadas por ZE22 a ZE24, que conjugam facilidade de acesso, extensão e espectacularidade.A primeira destas zonas (ZE22), com uma extensão de aproximadamente 460 metros e acesso a partir de Amarante com passagem por Fridão, é uma das mais características zonas de concentração de público. A Câmara Municipal de Amarante disponibiliza transporte aos espectadores entre a povoação de Fridão e a zona espectáculo. Com acesso a partir de Amarante e passagem pela po-voação de Olo, a ZE23 tem uma extensão de 300 metros, permitindo observar a passagem dos carros em vários cenários distintos numa zona sinuosa.Finalmente, a ZE24 tem acesso a partir da Pousada do Marão (IP4) e é a mais longa das três (580 m), consti-tuindo um verdadeiro anfiteatro sobre o troço, com a aldeia de Covelo do Monte como pano de fundo. O aceso a qualquer destas zonas integra uma secção em terra de bom piso.

Welcome to the longest stage of the 2015 Vodafone Rally de Portugal, a new version of a traditional stage of the Rally!The Fridão stage offers 3 Spectator Areas (ZE) named ZE22 through ZE24, all of them combining easy acces-ses, length and spectacularity.Access to ZE22, the first one of the stage with a len-gth of 460 m, is done from Amarante, driving through Fridão. This is one of the most traditional areas for the concentration of spectators. The Municipality of Amarante offers transportation for spectators between Fridão and the ZE.Access to ZE23 is done from Amarante, driving through Olo. This ZE has a length of 300 meters and offers spec-tators different perspectives of a winding area.Access to ZE24 is done from Pousada do Marão (IP4). This is the stage’s longest ZE (580 m), a true stadium-li-ke area with the Covelo do Monte village as background.Access to any of these ZEs includes a gravel road sec-tion with good surface.

Bem-vindo a uma das mais tradicionais classificativas do Rally de Portugal, este ano numa versão mais curta do que aquela que era utilizada no passado devido ao avanço do asfalto!Com uma estreita ligação ao histo-rial da prova, a classificativa de Fafe tem este ano o aliciante de constituir o Power Stage do rali, a classifica-tiva final que para os três primeiros classificados vale pontos extra para o campeonato.No SS Fafe, existem 5 zonas destina-das ao público, designadas por ZE25 a ZE29, todas elas com grande especta-cularidade e extensões que chegam aos 1250 metros.Três destas zonas espectáculo (ZE25, ZE27 e ZE28) têm acessos integralmen-te em asfalto, mas o elevado número de espectadores implicará certamente que uma grande parte do acesso tenha que ser percorrida a pé.

Welcome to one of the most traditio-nal stages of the Vodafone Rally de Portugal, this year on a shorter version then the one used in the past due to the increase of asphalt roads.Deeply connected to the history of this event, the Fafe stage has this year the extra excitement of being the Vodafone Rally de Portugal Power Stage – the top three of the Rally’s last stage will be awarded extra points for the Cham-pionship.The Fafe stage offers 5 Spectator Areas named ZE25 through ZE29, all of them with great spectacularity and lengths up to 1.25 km.Accesses to three of these ZEs (ZE25, ZE27 and ZE28) are on asphalt roads, but the large number of spectators will/ is bound to result in long walks to reach the ZEs.

CONDICIONAMENTOSTal como acontece em todas as provas de classificação do Rally de Portugal, será interdito o acesso de espectadores pelo início e pelo final do troço, estando fortemen-te condicionados todos os acessos à povoação de Ruivães (zona da partida) e toda a ligação entre o final do troço e Rossas (1ª passagem) ou Luílhas (2ª passagem). O acesso ao km 4,42 do troço a partir de Moreira de Rei será interdito a veículos não credenciados.

TRAFFIC CONSTRAINSJust like in all other stages of the 2015 Vodafone Rally de Portugal, spectators access will not be allowed from the start or the end of the stage. All accesses to the Ruivães village (start area of the stage) and the entire connection between the end of the stage in Rossas (1st loop) or Luílhas (2nd loop) will be heavily conditioned.Access to the stage’s km 4.42 from Moreira de Rei will not be allowed to non-accre-dited vehicles.

Bem-vindo a uma das mais tradicionais classificativas do Rally de Portugal, este ano numa competitiva versão nunca antes utilizada!Com os seus mais de 32 quilómetros e estrategicamente colocada no progra-ma da prova, a classificativa de Vieira do Minho será certamente palco de intensa luta entre os principais pilotos e poderá mesmo ser decisiva para o estabelecimento da classificação final.O troço de Vieira do Minho proporciona 4 zonas espectáculo, designadas por ZE30 a ZE33.A primeira destas zonas, com acesso a partir da EN103 em Cubo e Salamon-de, tem uma extensão de 480 metros, enquanto a ZE seguinte, também com acesso a partir da EN103, oferece uma extensão de nada menos de 750 metros.As duas ZE restantes, bem integradas na paisagem da Serra da Cabreira e com acesso por Anjos e Agra, são mais curtas, mas nem por isso menos interessantes.

Também o acesso ao final da classificativa estará encerrado ao tráfego a partir de Botica e Lamalonga.O acesso à ZE31 (Alto de Serradela) só será possível por Norte a partir da EN103, uma vez que a ligação a Vieira do Minho estará reservada a veículos de emergência.

TRAFFIC CONSTRAINSAccess to any of these stages’ ZEs will only be allowed from 4:00 am on Sun-day, May 24th.Just like in all other stages of the 2015 Vodafone Rally de Portugal, spectators access will not be allowed from the start or the end of the stage.The access road to the start of the stage will be closed to traffic from Assento village.
