QUEENS CENTER
Queens Center in Elmhurst, NY has consistently been one of the most productive malls in the country. Situated at the hub of mass transit and at the intersections of Queens Boulevard, the Long Island Expressway and Woodhaven Boulevard, the borough’s only super-regional mall is highly visible and easily accessible by all modes of transportation. The center attracts nearly 27 million shoppers annually.
In 2004, Queens Center completed a $275 million expansion, renovation and modernization program which resulted in more space, more amenities and more stores. A brand new JCPenney, an expanded Macy’s, and an expanded and relocated food court have since been accompanied by such new retailers as Apple, A|X Armani Exchange, The Cheesecake Factory, Disney Store, Godiva, Hollister, MAC, Lego, Swarovski, Forever 21, H&M, Michael Kors, NYX, Puma, Sephora, and Shake Shack.
Queens Center now stands out as an aesthetically pleasing, family-friendly destination that maximizes shopping opportunities for both retailers and consumers.
