The Life Cycle of Containment at QISCS…

Intake-The scope of the project is articulated and fully documented. Project Setup-A Quality Service Representative (QSR) will beassigned to work with you to develop a specific and unique projectfrom start to finish. Authorization Forms-You will receive the forms to confirm projectspecifications, initial your approval and return before project begins. Execution- QSR’s will execute the project according to the approvedprocess. Billing and Invoicing- The project will be billed based on precisecheckpoints and inspections. Invoicing will occur on a weekly or bi-weekly basis until the project is complete. Customer Satisfaction-To guarantee your expectations are beingmet, we track each client’s level of satisfaction, using the feedbackgathered to enhance our service.

Sorting, Containment, and Part InspectionQISCS provides a wide range of Sorting, Containment, and Inspection Solutions, which includes product IDand labeling throughout the entire containment process. We offer services at our warehouse or one of ourTeams can be deployed to your plant or to your customer's plant where work can be preformed onsite.

ReworkOften a nonconforming part can be corrected by rework. It is often too expensive to bring these partsback into your plant and unnecessary unless the rework operations require special tools or machinerylocated only in your plant.

Light RepairsSometimes your product needs extra assembly before being shipped to your customer. We can assist you indeveloping Operator Instructions, obtaining necessary equipment & providing experienced operators andtechnicians to perform the assembly work.

Protection- QSR’s verifies that each employee is properly protectedon the job by providing the necessary PPE, and through detailed andongoing safety training. Processes- QSR’s verifies that each job is set up and implementedcorrectly based on the initial project scope. People- QSR’s verifies that each employee is following properprotocol, policies and procedures with detailed training, instruction,that includes product and process auditing. Parts- QSR’s verifies that each part is properly certified to the exactspecifications of each customer. Paperwork- QSR’s audits all paperwork associated with the projectto make sure it is accurate and complete.

• Time sheets collected and submitted daily uponapproval of customer.

• Extra charges, e.g, travel-mileage, will be documentedseparately.
