• Benchmarking is the process generally used by organizations or industry to identify the best practices in comparison to other or similar products/industries.
• The other objective of benchmarking is to understand and evaluate the current position of the business in order to analyze, compare, implement solutions and control the performance.
• The type of benchmarking varies from type of business or requirement as technical and competitive benchmarking.
