We Need 6 Onions
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Chilli
1 Tablespoon Ground Paprika
2 Tablespoons Tomato Puree
400ml Chicken Stock
Freshly Ground
Black Pepper
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley
20g Refined Vegetable Fat (e.g. Cookeen)
1 Chicken or 10 pieces ca. 1600g
Cut chicken into 10 pieces - see my "How to prepare chicken for saute" for detailed instructions - which is just being uploaded

Preparation
Preparation Step 1
Peel and slice onions.
Cut green bell pepper into ca. 2.5 cm cubes.
Chop fresh parsley.
Season chicken pieces with freshly ground pepper.

Cooking Instruction Step 1
Heat the vegetable fat in a casserole.
Add the onions and cook unions until translucent.
Add the green bell pepper and red chilli.
Add the ground paprika.
Add the tomato puree and mix well.
Add the chicken pieces.
Add the chicken stock and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for ca. 50 minutes.
