J-Built Homes, Inc., Contractor, is entitled to fi -nal payment therefore, and on the 6th day of August, 2019, the 41st day after the fi rst publication of this notice fi nal payment of the full amount due under the Agreement will be made. Nothing in this notice shall be construed as relieving the Contractor and the Sureties on its bond from any claim or claims for the work or labor done or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the Agreement. Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Proce-dure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commis-sion’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Wyrulec Company (Wyrulec), for approval of revised Tariff D-39R to include soft start requirements.

Wyrulec is a public utility as defi ned by Wyo. Stat. § 37-1-101(a)(vi)(C), subject to the Commis-sion’s jurisdiction pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 37-2-112.

On June 27, 2019, Wyrulec fi led its Application requesting approval to change the Member Respon-sibility Tariff of its Rules and Regulations. The re-quested change includes language in Tariff D-39R which may require members to install soft-starts on any new motor which is 20 horse power or greater.
