Introduction• Learning by travelling is both fun and educational. Anytime you come in contact with new environments, new cultures, new ways of doing things, and new style of discipline you have the benefit of a learning opportunity.

•Some families, employees, and prominent people take themselves on traveling around the world as a way to expose them to a variety of cultures and environments. In many cases, this is actually a much more enlightening experience than making children sit in classrooms each day. In general, when people find themselves in new situations, they are more likely to be alert.

•Going through the same motions every day can put you on automatic. •If you have the opportunity to travel, look at it as a chance to learn something unique and better.

Objectives•Generally, this study will aim to assess the level of effectiveness of (LBT) or Learning By Traveling in Public Administration among the teachers of San Antonio Elementary School.•Specifically, this study must support the ff. questions;1.What is the level of effectiveness of LBT?2.How do the teachers perceive the LBT?3.How does the effectiveness of LBT affect Public Administration of the school itself?

Significance of LBT• Not just fun day outings, LBT can be valuable educational experiences that challenge and enlighten teachers and/or students in ways not available in a school. • It can allow to see things that they may never otherwise experience and to obtain real-world knowledge not possible within the four walls of the school. • LBT can bring dry facts or concepts to life, illuminate cultures and arts, and give hands-on participation opportunities.

LBT to K+12• According to a 1998 publication, "True Needs, True Partners: Museums Serving Schools," more than 88 percent of museums provide K-12 educational programming to supplement lessons learned in the classroom. Effects of LBT• LBT can allow all types of learners to excel in acquiring knowledge on a subject, building confidence for further learning and improvement. Teachers from disadvantaged backgrounds will be allowed the opportunity to see and experience places and events otherwise unobtainable to them. (Wagan 2013, Educ. 610-614 Lecture)

Effects of LBT

• Teachers or students who participate in civic or conservation activities will benefit the community during their outing and will be more likely to be engaged in such pursuits in the future.

Effects of LBT•LBT allows to develop team work skills, camaraderie, and discipline that will aid later school/organization projects and learning.(Wagan 2013, Educ. 610 Lecture) •It also gives educators the opportunity to demonstrate what the real-life applications are of lessons they've taught in the classroom.

Conclusion1. LBT gives chance to individuals more

opportunities for "hands-on learning.“2. LBT’s result in greater appreciation and respect

for the institution that was visited. Greater understanding builds interest and care.

3. LBT gives teachers and students the opportunity to see scientists work in action, and see how it is relevant to their lives.

Conclusion4. LBT provides parameters to transform and

strengthen teachers’ attitude and harmonious relationship into a more holistic, vibrant, and competitive ones among their superiors

5. LBT can build strong foundation considering the goals, vision, and mission of the school administration.

Recommendation1. Teachers can struggle to come up with

relevant, "hands-on" science projects and experiments (or in any subjects).

2. LBT must strictly monitor, being out and about in the community and seeing how adults are using their educations inspires students to persevere.

Recommendation3. Unique experiences can enhance a student's

understanding of things learned in the classroom.
