Triangle of Communication in Education
• As parents, we want the best for our kids and the best education. What does this mean?
• Computers, internet, extra-curriculars, after-school fitness, focus on testing, remove art, music, P.E. and recess, longer days, longer year, etc. Are these approaches making a significant difference?
• What about a child’s mental and emotional well-being?• What if something as simple as connecting and nurturing
relationships was all we needed?

The Other Letter
What is the over-riding message?1. Kids really do want to connect with their parents
(so do tweens, teens and adult children).2. Ask a child a simple question and give them time
to think and write their answer, without confrontation, and they’ll be extremely honest and free with sharing their feelings.
