BAKRIELAND’S PROFILE

PT Bakrieland Development Tbk is a public listed company (code: ELTY) engaged in

property development and related operations.

The Company was established in 1990 and currently has three strategic business units

with more than 30 subsidiaries and ± 2500 talented professionals.

The Company’s projects are spread throughout Jakarta, Bogor, Yogyakarta, Lampung,

Sidoarjo, Bali, and Kalimantan. The projects consist of superblocks, apartments, offices,

malls, landed residential, hotels & resorts, as well as theme parks which are all located

in prime areas.
