Pre Course Study Task Completing an incident report is a mandatory competency to award the national CPR competency HLTAID001 Provide CPR. Complete the First Aid Report form for the following scenario:

Whilst at work on the 21st Jan 2018 at 1:00pm John Doe, date of birth 01/07/1974, fell down a flight of stairs resulting in a large laceration to his forehead. You called for an Ambulance immediately and kept John lying still. A pad was placed on his forehead to stop bleeding. During treatment you discovered that John is allergic to Penicillin and takes Anginine tablets for a heart condition called Angina. At 1:05 PM Johns observations were as follows: He was alert and conscious with pale skin, had a pulse of 95bpm and a respiratory rate of 22bpm. At 1:07 PM John stopped breathing and went into cardiac arrest. As the First Aider you provided CPR to John for 5 minutes until the Ambulance arrived and transported John to Hospital.
