Each spindle is driven with an external ACdrive, so it is not necessary:– spindle drum reverse indexing after
making 6 pieces– connecting and disconnecting of the AC
drives at each indexing of the spindledrum
– cooling of spindle drum on account ofthe after-heat generated by the electro-spindles
– power supply to the electrospindlesthrough the rotary bus
The progressive technical solution devel-oped by our designers and protected bythe patent allows the independent controlof speed of each spindle and precise di-viding of the power to each spindle ACdrive on the basis of conditions of machin-ing required by individual customers. Si-multaneously, the absolute independenceof each spindle gives the possibility to em-ploy any method of machining includingthe operations which require the stoppageand orientation of spindles. This makes theTMZ 642 as the real multifunction machiningcentre. In order to make the programming easier,the own technological software has beencreated.
