GTX to GTX Cleat

The GTX to GTX cleat is used to connect primary and secondary GTX beams at right angles. Secured in place with either double headed nails or screws.

Swivel Castor Wheel

The Swivel Castor Wheels are pressed from Heavy Sheet Steel and incorporate a Double Ball Bearing Head as well as Safety Stop Locks which all combine to provide maximum safety and incredible durability.

Position and fix the Plywood to the Tableform as detailed on the RMD Kwikform Drawings.

Remove Secondary Beam Clamp Plates and lay out the Prop Heads to approx leg centres. Place the Primary Beams into the Prop Heads, mark on these the Secondary Beam and Prop Leg locations.

Place outer 4 Secondary Beams over the Prop Heads and re-attach the Clamp Plates. Tighten Plates, check the Formwork is level and the diagonals are equal to ensure the frame is square.

Place a string line along one edge of the 4 outer Secondary Beams. Position the remaining Secondary Beams and fix them to the Primary Beams with the GTX to GTX Cleats.

Lift the Tableform onto the Prop Attachment Jig. Attach the Prop to the Prop Heads.

Remove the completed Tableform from the Jig and position on site as detailed on the RMD Kwikform drawing.

GTX Beams

The GTX Beam is a structural laminated veneer timber beam for use as a primary and secondary bearer for Tableforms.

Prop Heads

Prop Heads secure the prop leg to both the primary and secondary beams, creating a robust framework for the table.

Tripod

The Tripod is used to secure horizontal displacement of table and soffit formwork.

Multi Purpose Trolley

The Multi Purpose Trolley is used in conjunction with the Table Prop Swivel Castor Wheels for repositioning tables of any size. The use of hydraulics in the Multi Purpose Trolley makes light work of lowering the Tables while the Swivel Castor Wheels allow speedy and effortless relocation of the tables with minimal manpower.

C-Hook

The C-Hook enables the quick and easy lifting of tables to higher floors. Single and double height C-Hooks are available, allowing 2 floors of tables to be utilised at the same time. Tables are attached to the C-Hook and the whole system is lifted and repositioned, requiring no cut outs in the soffit formwork. Double and Single height C-Hooks can be used for table lengths up to a maximum of 6.0m.
