We invite you to join us in Orlando, Florida, from March 6–9, 2019, as practitioners from all over the world gather to learn, innovate, and reboot their patient care techniques over four intense days of classwork, professional networking, and exploration of the latest research and newest information and technology available in O&P.

Incubator booths are a fantastic way for first-time exhibitors to experience the Academy Annual Meeting exhibit experience. Available

in the back of the Exhibit Hall, these exhibit spaces include a high-top table and one (1)

standard 12v electric plug. You must be a first-time exhibitor to participate in the Incubator experience.

• Incubator booths receive a 50-word company description in the Onsite Guide that all attendees receive as well as a listing in the Mobile App.

● Technical Workshops | $1,700 for 4 hours • $850 for 2 hours

Technical Workshops are the highlight of the first day of the meeting. These factual presentations offer new solutions to existing problems, provide an ideal atmosphere to share your expertise and demonstrate techniques, and provide the opportunity to discuss procedures that distinguish your company’s product to O&P professionals.

Technical Workshops are available to exhibiting companies only. We encourage manufacturers to offer up to two Technical Workshops.

Technical Workshops are a featured in the Preliminary Program, onsite conference guide and the Mobile App.

● Product Display Showcases | $1,000

Product Display Showcases provide the opportunity for you to offer a brief informercial-style education event in a theater in the Exhibit Hall during Exhibit Hall hours. During your 30-minute presentation, you can highlight your company’s services, demonstrate a product, show a video, or offer a Q&A session—you decide the format. Product Display Showcases are typically scheduled on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Product Display Showcases are featured during unopposed exhibit time. Dates and times are subject to change as the program is finalized.

● Exhibit Hall Opening Reception | $15,000

Be the first to reach Academy Annual Meeting attendees as the sole sponsor of the Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall. Your sponsorship connects attendees and presenters as they enjoy networking, learning, and engaging in a relaxed setting. will reserve a table for you to invite guests (or keep it open to all attendees). Your company logo will be featured on the tablecloth, and each seat will have a seat-back cover with your logo. This sponsorship allows you to include company literature on the table.

● Keynote Speaker | $10,000 (one available)Now in its third year, the keynote presentation is a highly anticipated event at the Academy Annual Meeting. As the sponsor of this prestigious session, you will have your logo displayed at the entrance to the 900-seat Opening Session, your logo will be featured during the presentation, and you will have the opportunity to invite guests to a personal meet-and-greet reception with the speaker.

Have your company name associated with the most important meal of the day when you sponsor one of the three breakfasts during the Academy Annual Meeting. The Academy Annual Meeting is all about networking and education. Imagine having your logo and booth number featured in a high traffic area near the education sessions where attendees gather to charge their phones, power up their mobile devices, or share ideas with other participants. These charging stations will have electricity for 4–8 plugs and stools for people to sit and connect. A representative from your company can staff the station and provide company materials.

Place your logo on the hotel key cards. Every time meeting participants go to their rooms and pull out their room keys, they will see your logo, website, and booth number.

● Registration Candy | $1,500

Wouldn’t it be sweet to have your company logo in everyone’s hands? Put your full-color company name and logo on 2,000 individually wrapped candies. These sweet treats will be available throughout the meeting area.

●Reusable Travel Mug or Water Bottles | $5,000 We’re trying to do our part to help the environment, and we know you want to also. These reusable water bottles or travel mugs can be filled with water, lemonade, or tea during breaks and lunch.

● Gobo Light | $3,000

Make your company shine by displaying your company logo with a Gobo light display above the entrance of Caribbean ballroom 1 – 3, the main ballroom where all main meeting sessions are located. Attendees will see the display several times per day.

Have some promotional materials you want in front of attendees? The conference bag stuffer is the sponsorship for you. You supply the materials, and we’ll do the stuffing. This opportunity is limited to one piece per sponsor and is limited to five sponsors only.

Who doesn't look at themselves in the bathroom mirror several times a day? Imagine each attendee seeing your logo and booth number to remind them to visit you!

The Caribe sells a lot of coffee! Your company logo and booth number will be displayed prominently on the coffee sleeve that is distributed to all hotel guests.

Everyone knows that hotel bars are the "go-to" meeting places when a show closes for the day. Picture your logo in front of everyone that goes to the bar. This is one of the most sought after sponsorships.

Walking the exhibit hall can make you work up a sweat so help refresh the attendees by sponsoring an ice cream social in the exhibit hall or better yet, near the education sessions!

Everyone likes a little boost in the morning so why not provide attendees with an international coffee bar and biscotti? The bar will be set up as they enter the convention center with your staff there to greet everyone.

Engage with Your Target Audience ● Push Notifications | $750/each

Send a data message to attendees by sponsoring a push notification. Promote your technical workshop or Product Display Showcase. Let people know where you are located in the Exhibit Hall, and invite them to visit you.

● Room Drops | $2,000

Greet participants with a note or gift to their rooms. You provide the note or gift, we’ll provide the drop-off in their rooms.

● Door Hangers | $3,500

Share your message with all meeting attendees by having a custom-made door hanger with your website, booth number, or message on one side. On the other side is a do-not-disturb request so hotel housekeeping will not enter your room to clean it. All attendees in the Academy Annual Meeting room block will have a hanger delivered to their rooms.

● Closed Circuit TV | $3,000/day

Do you have a training video or commercial you’d like to show in attendee hotel rooms when they arrive? How about when they come back to their rooms at night? Or maybe you’d like to feature a welcome message or special message to all attendees.

Each lounge in the Exhibit Hall will be outfitted with a plasma screen for participants to watch your video or commercial during show hours.
