1.0 INTRODUCTION

M/s BALAJI PLASTIC ARE PROPOSED PVC Granauler by using Sole/ Scrab and old Rexne West Uniton Reprocessing without washing H-1404, DSIDC, NARELA INDL. AREA, DELHI-110040

Capacity of the PVC Grenus shall be 5 Tons Per Month. The Unit has acquired 350 Sq. Mtr. Area on rent at aforesaid address.

2.0TOTAL CAPITAL INVESTMENT

The Proposed total Capital Investment of the Unit Shall be about Rs. 398900.00 Three Lakh Ninty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Only)Including Land and Building Plant and Machinery without Depreciation.

3.0RAW MATERIAL REQUIREMENT

The following raw material shall be required at the time of production

4.0MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

Manufacturing process First of all we are purchase PVC Sole/ Scrap and old Rxine fresh waste ASA Raw Material. Then it is going to cutte and mixer machine. Then going to do water is used for the purpose of calling of cose water used for colling purposes It will be Recycled or Recycle and tank is used and then cutter These are Plastic Dana Ready.

6.0DETAILS OF WATER CONSUMPTION

8.0PROPOSED POLLUTION CONTROL SYSTEM

8.4AIR POLLUTION: There will be Air Pollution from the process exhaust Gas from Stock attached to extrude, Cutter, Mixer & Filter Machine provided hood & channelization. Proper complete photograph attach.

8.5WATER POLLUTION WASTE WATER DISCHARGE: There will be No Source of water pollution. Only Water will be used for Domestic Purpose Domestic effluent water will be discharged in the public sewer.

8.6D.G. SET: There would be no source of Noise Pollution from the process, However if required necessary control measured shall be taken to meet the ambient noise standards.
